*Julia's P.O.V.*

"L.A. L.A. BABY. SHE'S A." My friend's Dakota and Cassie shouted. They were on a Jonas Brothers hype again. I pushed my seat back so it rammed into Dakota's legs.

"Hey!" She yelled at me. I turned around.

"Shut up and I won't do it again." I threatened her with a wink as I pulled my seat forwards. She rolled her eyes. Cassie looked over at us from the corner of her eye.

"What are you two going on about, now?" She asked.

"Oh, nothing." Dakota said. Cassie looked over and raised her eyebrows. "Hey! Eyes on the road, smart one!"

"Cas, it's our last day on the road until we reach Los Angeles and you're gonna get us into a car crash!" I yelled at her and playfully hit her on the arm.

"Yeah, right." She said. "Me, get into a car crash? I haven't yet and I don't exactly plan on it either!" She grinned. I looked at her.

"You do realize that if anything that could hurt me happens my mom will be on the next flight across the country to come and get me, right?" I asked her. "And she hates flying." She just sighed.

"Your mom wouldn't actually come and get you, would she?" Dakota asked from the backseat. I turned around and Cassie looked in the rearview mirror.

"You are joking, right?" Cassie asked her. She looked at us with stupidity written across her face.

"No?" She said cautiously. I shook my head.

"My mom would flip out on both of you the moment her flight landed here." I told her. Dakota's eyes grew wide.

"Whoa." She said. I rolled my eyes and stuck my tongue out at her. Cassie had strawberry colored hair and brown eyes with flecks of green in them. Dakota had brown hair that was shoulder length and brown eyes. Dakota leaned over the seats to get a hold of the radio.

"Hey!" I yelled at her as she came close to knocking me in the face with her elbow. "Watch where you're putting that thing you call an elbow!" She grinned at me and moved it so it would purposely hit me. "Oh, really?" I teased. I grabbed her arm in my hand and bit her.

"Hey!" She screeched. "I'm still sore from last week's cheer practice." She whined. I rolled my eyes. She switched to an oldies station.

"I'M ON A HIGHWAY TO HELL!" AC/DC sung through the speakers. I face palmed myself.

"You've got to be kidding me." I muttered, shaking my head. Dakota screamed like a fangirl and turned the volume all the way up.

"HIGHWAY TO HELL!" She sung along with the music. I turned to Cassie who was looking like she was ready to murder Dakota.

"How much longer until we get to the hotel?" I asked her, trying to shout over the noise of the guitar and Dakota's screeching sound she called singing. Cassie looked at the GPS.
