Furiza's transformation

Once Goku was inside the healing capsule, Vegeta told them the estimated time for the healing to be complete. Azula stood in front of the Pod, watching Goku with frowned eyes, and crossed arms. She knew she knew for a long time, but she lied to herself. The fire princess shook her head to remove the thoughts from her head. That should be a problem to resolve once all of this is done.

- Is there any shower on this ship?

Asked Toph once she put her arms behind her neck and smelled herself. Vegeta grunted but walked to show them the way. Azula followed behind Toph. Vegeta showed them the room where the showers were, and where they could find a clean change, which was, by no surprise, the Furiza's army armour.

Azula sighed and took dark red spandex pants, a blouse of the same colour, and a black armour. The armour covered the torso with a golden metal line that passes the shoulder but without really protecting it. For Toph, Azula chose black shorts and a blacktop. The armour was similar to the one that Vegeta's companion wore when they tried to invade them.

Toph felt wear dressing like that, and when the time for wearing the boots come, she made the same thing as she did back in the fire nation. She removed the shoe soe.

After that Azula went again where Goku was and sat on the floor in one corner, watching Goku.

Toph realized what was happening, or at least she thought, so she let Azula alone. Toph's first idea was that they needed to contact one of the Namekku-seijin, or go and visit the great patriarch. She knew pretty clearly where the Dragon Balls were hidden.

When she stepped out of the ship, she met Vegeta watching the skies. He was leaning his back to one of the Ship's "legs".

- Hey, HogMonkey-man!

Vegeta only growled.

- Hey. We are on the same side right now. Don't get sensitive.

Vegeta rolled his eyes.

- Just wanted to know. You were part of his men. Why are you betraying them?

- I am not betraying anybody.

- Really? You seem to wear their uniform, and as far as we heard from your partner, the Boar-q-pine, the one that called himself Goku's brother.

- Ha! Raditz. Hardly even a partner.

Toph put her hands on her hips and rolled her eyes.

- So? Why are you fighting against him?

Vegeta looked away, to the sky.

- We, Kakaroto and I, are the last of our race. A warrior race that ruled our galaxy. We fought for our pleasure until Furiza arrived.

Toph raised one eyebrow.

- Yeah, I heard that. Your planet was destroyed by a meteorite.

- That fool of Raditz believe everything. No, our planet was destroyed by Furiza.

Toph stepped back. A person who could destroy a planet full of warriors was something frighting for her, especially if those warriors were as strong as the saiyajins she had met.

- We lived for fighting, and when we aligned ourselves with Furiza we found more opponents. We travelled the universe, we destroyed planets, we attacked his enemies. But, he was afraid of us. He was afraid of the legend.

- The legend?

- Every 1000 years, a legendary warrior is born with power beyond any other, "the super Saiyajin". Furiza was afraid that he would be defeated by this legendary warrior, so he destroyed our planet.
