Avatar: The Fire Twins

Training time

Azula sat in an ornamented metal chair, and next to her was Toph, who was sitting in a similar chair. Aang, Katara, Suki, Zuko, and Sokka were in wooden chairs in front of Azula. They were in a beautiful garden. A pond was not so far from it. The pond was similar to the one that was in the Fire Nation mansion.

- Now, Tell us. What did he tell you?

- We have a year. He said that his partners will come in a year.

Azula caressed her chin, frowning. Aang looked at Azula and Toph and said.

- He said that they are stronger than him.

Azula turn her gaze to Aang. He was with a stern look.

- A scouter. That was him. He was sent to verify our strength.

- It seems so.

Azula turned to see the building behind her. The small mansion where she lives with Goku. Toph just patted Azula's shoulder. She sighed and turned her look back to the group in front of her.

- Do you know anything else? Maybe he said anything to you before we arrived?

- He said that there are another two like him. But no information about their skills or anything, only that they are stronger than him.

Soka was only looking at them, turning his head to the person talking at the moment. But every time someone talked, he scratched his head stronger and stronger until he could not resist.

- Ok, that's good and all, but first, who was that guy?

Toph sighed. She could feel with her feet that the other people also wanted to know.

- He called himself Raditz and said that they are Saiyajins.

- Saiyajins? Never heard of that organization. Are they from the Earth Kingdom?

- Are they related to the story that Ozai told you that time?

Asked Aang right after the question of Soka. Azula nodded. Aang's eyes widen, then he started to think about the information. Soka again looked at their private conversation.

Until that point, the full story of Goku was still a secret to the others. They know that Goku was not blood-related to Zuko or Azula and that he was picked up by Ozai himself. That history was not believed at first by the others. How could Ozai, the darkest and villainous man on the planet, could have taken and raised an orphan out of generosity? But when the story was confirmed by Ursa and an old soldier, they only could accept the reality. But the information about the pod that came from the sky was still a secret.

Tom-Tom left the room where Goku was. He was getting better, his wounds were not critical, and knowing Goku, he was sure that he may be ok in maybe a couple of days.

Outside the room was Ty Lee, Ursas with Kiyi at her side, and Mai. Tom-tom looked at them and made a little nod as a bow, then he started to walk away. Mai stood to stop him. She wanted to say something but did not know what and remained still. Ursa also stood up and spoke up.

- How is Goku?

Before answering, Tom-Tom looked at her in the eyes. He sighed after he appeared to have the answer to an unspoken question after he saw her eyes.

- He is sleeping.

- Is he alright?

- The healers said that it will take a week. But he is Goku, so it may only take a couple of days for him to be like nothing.
