!!Trigger warning, blood and murder!!(Y/N POV)
I smirked to myself as I traipsed down the stairs and into the bar area. This was sure to be fun. Deirdre was talking with patrons and doing absolutely nothing useful. I walked over to her and snatched up her hair, dragging her out the door and into the streets. She screamed at me calling me a string of vulgar names and I threw her into an alleyway. I placed my foot on her chest to pin her to the ground. "Tsk tsk, if only you had done your job..." I looked down at her with fire in my eyes and venom in my voice. "Well, any last words?" I placed my foot on her neck so she couldn't speak or breathe. "Hmm? Nothing? How disappointing." I grinned and moved my foot back down to her chest, exposing her neck once again. I pulled the knife from my thigh and slit her throat.
I walked back to the bar and began getting back to work. There were scaresly any people left in the bar, but the few that were were still ordering drinks. I grabbed a rag from behind the bar and wiped the blood off my hands, leaving only splatters on my clothes. I put the rag in the sink and sighed to myself. The staff all stared at me in what could have been awe, horror, or a mix of both. I suppose that was quite the scene. Hopefully nobody saw the whole thing. If they did, sucks to be them I guess.
I wiped down the counters before pouring myself a drink from under the counter. It was sweet with a hint of sour aftertaste. Not the most alcoholic drink we had, but it was close. It was exactly what I needed. I took the glass and walked back up the stairs to Silco. When I got to the door, it was cracked open. He always made sure it was closed. Perhaps he assumed I would come back.
I opened it and walked in. I didn't feel like knocking, especially not on an already open door. Silco was hunched over his desk scrolling through documents. He held his hand to his forehead and his brows were knit together. "Something bothering you?" I sat across from him, pushing boundaries slightly. He hummed in reply and met my gaze. His eyes had always fascinated me. Now wasn't the time to revel in them, however. I downed the rest of my drink and walked behind his chair. My hands found his shoulders slowly and I began kneading slowly. He seemed confused by my actions, and to be fair, I was slightly tipsy.
"You should relax every once in a while..." I said quietly, "Even the most powerful man in Zaun deserves a break now and then." He chuckled under his breath and leaned into my touch. I moved my thumbs down his shoulder blades. He groaned softly and I felt a tingling in my cheeks. I took a risk and moved my hands up his neck, massaging the back of it. I knew he had slight trauma when it came to his neck, so touching him there was something I would never do while sober. For some reason, he allowed it.
He sighed once more and turned his chair toward me. "So... you took care of the girl, I assume?" I grinned, "All business with you, huh? Come on, Silco you should give yourself a break. Live a little!" He rolled his eyes and leaned back, crossing one leg over the other. "There's no time for breaks when it comes to leadership and power. The moment you so much as blink an eye, the very ground beneath you can be snatched away." I grimaced at that. He was always so stoic and serious. However, he wasn't wrong.
"Yeah, I disposed of her in one of the back alley dumpsters. She has no family so nobody will come sniffing." I crossed my arms and looked down at him. He smirked and turned back to his desk to write something. Then, he turned back to face me. "I knew you were perfect for the job, darling."
