(Y/N POV)
It had been a few weeks since Silco had asked me to be a hitman for him. I wasn't really sure what I had agreed to. It was a normal few weeks when it came to working the bar, and Shimmer production and distribution was booming as usual. I was cleaning for what felt like the thousandth time when Sevika came over to me and ordered a drink. She downed it quickly and spoke, "Boss wants to see you... says it's important." I nodded and poured her another drink. "That one's on me." I walked up the stairs to the familiar door I had walked in so many times.
I knocked on the door and Silco told me to enter. He was swirling a whiskey in one hand with the other hand resting on his head. I walked over and sat across from him, grabbing a cigar from his signature case. He looked up at me as I clipped the end and handed it to him. He nodded in what I assumed was a grateful manner and leaned over so I could light it. He took a long drag and then downed the rest of his drink. Something was definitely stressing him. He sighed softly and I crossed my legs waiting for him to explain why I was here.
After a few more hits, he put out the cigar in an ashtray uniquely painted by Jinx. He clasped his hands together and looked at me. "I apologize for the last minute meeting," he said lazily, "I'm afraid I finally have a job for you." I smirked, "Is that so? Y'knkw sometimes I think you just bring me up here because you miss me." He chuckled under his breath and leaned back, slicking back his hair with his slender fingers.
"You know about my deal with the sherif, yes?" I nodded and he continued, "Well let's just say he has a few underlings who don't share in our... vision." I could tell where he was going with this. "So, what I'm hearing is, you want me to kill some Pilties?" He smiled, "To put it bluntly, yes." I grinned at him and stood up grim my chair. I took a long stretch and looked back at him, "In that case, what's the plan?" This was going to be a fun night.
(A/n: I'm sorry for the short and kinda boring chapters, things will speed up soon! In about a week I'll finally be less busy :))
