Chapter 11- Hospital Visits

"What the fuck?" Alec yelled out. Alec fell to the ground next to her, crying.

"MOM!" Aria screamed. She also fell to the ground sobbing. I stood there in shock. Who done this? Isabelle was such a sweet lady.

I bent down and hugged Aria. She needed support, her mother just died. She may be snobby, but I know how it feels to lose someone. I lost my mother.

"LET GO!" Aria screamed pushing me away. She is in grief.

"Who could of done this!?" Alec said, hugging his wife's lifeless body.

"I'm not sure.. whoever it was, they are after us. They killed my mother" I said caressing my cheek.

Sirens were then heard and paramedics barged in. They took Isabelle.

"Check her pulse" one of the paramedics said checking her pulse.

There was then a silence. "I'm sorry miss but... she's dead"

I put my hand over my mouth in shock. Aria then stood up next to me and screamed.

"NO! NO! DO SOMETHING!" Aria screamed out grabbing on the paramedics.

"Sorry miss.. there is nothing we can do" They said bringing Isabelle with them.

Aria then ran out of the room screaming and crying. Poor Aria.

Memories then came flooding back to me. My mom laying on the floor in her own pool of blood. A tear fell out of my eye.

I walked out of the room, heading to Aria'a room. I knocked on the door and heard Aria shout, "GET OUT! LEAVE ME ALONE!"

"Aria... let's talk please" I said holding on to the door knob.

"NO!" She said sobbing.

"Aria.. your in grief. You need to talk someone.. I'm here you know"

"NO! You don't understand the pain that I'm feeling!! How are you going to help!?"

"I do understand.. my mother was killed when I was little"

There was a silence. I decided to just walk away and respect what she wanted. She just needed to breathe and be alone.

I go into my room. I'm so tired. I put on my pajamas and headed to bed. Poor Isabelle.

"Nathan, can you drive me to the hospital. I want to see my father"

I want to go see my father. I am worried about him. Even if he is in a coma, I want to go talk to him.

"Okay, sure I'll start the car" Nathan said sprinting out of the lobby.

I sighed and layed back on the couch. I really hope he's okay. I'm really worried.

"Okay Davina the car is ready" Nathan yelled out. I got up and walked out of the lobby. Nathan opened the car door for as I thanked him.

"I really hope my dads okay" I said looking at the window.

"I'm pretty sure he is. I know your father well and I since I was little, my parents worked for him. Your dad is a strong guy I'm telling you he has potential" Nathan said moving the steering wheel.

"Yeah.." I murmured and closed my eyes. I really hope he's okay..

We arrived at the hospital. I ran out of the car running into the hospital. Nathan ran after me.

"Hello miss how may I insist yo-"

"Hi! Yes.. I need to see my father!" I blurted out, running out of breath. The lady at the front desk looked at me weirdly.

"Okay... what's his name?" She asked writing it down on her computer.

"Isaiah Genovese" I said. Hurry up lady!

"Okay! Here's a sticker and leave it on so other doctors know your a visitor" the lady said smiling at me.

I thanked her and he was in room 103. I opened the elevator and stepped in with Nathan.

"No need to rush Davina" Nathan said chuckling, sticking on his visitor sticker.

I rolled my eyes playfully at him and we reached to the second floor. This hospital is huge. It has like.. 6 floors.

"Hi! Do you know where room 103 is?" I asked a doctor.

He nodded and pointed down a hallway. "Down there miss"

"Thanks!" I said sprinting down the hall.

"Damn Davina! Why are you in such a rush!" Nathan yelled out running after me.

"I'm running out of breath!" I groaned and slapped his shoulder playfully.

"Visiting hours! Hellooo!?" I said walking into room 103. When I walked in, I see a doctor attaching IV'S into my dad. The doctor saw us and walked out of the room.

I look at my dad and I teared up. I walk closer to my dad and sit down on the chair next to him. I hold his hand, and his hand was so cold.

A tear fell out of my eye and went on my dads shirt. I kiss my dads hand. "Hi dad.." I said crying. Nathan went to my side and slowly rubbed my back, giving me company. Nathan is my best friend and always had my back.

"Nathan.. do you think he will be okay?" I said looking up at him with tears flowing down my cheeks.

"Like I said Davina.. your dad has some potential. He is strong and he will fight. I know it!" Nathan said hugging my back. I smiled and nodded.

"Dad.. I know you can't hear me but.. I need you. I really need you! Some shit has been going on.. Isabelle was killed.. a-and... Alec is a pain in the ass including Aria and don't get me started on her.." I heard Nathan chuckle next to me.

"Please wake up.." I said kissing his hand once more. A doctor knocked on the door frame and she said, "Sorry.. visiting hours are over"

I nodded and hugged my dad one more time. "Bye dad..." I said walking out of the door. Right when I walked out of the door, I started to sob. Nathan hugged me tightly.

"It's okay Davina" He said running his fingers through my hair. "He will be alright"

I wiped my tears and smiled. "My dad will want me strong. If he saw me crying, he will call me dumbass" I said laughing. Nathan laughed with me.

Nathan then grabbed my hand and said, "How about we get some ice cream? Will that make you feel better?"

I nodded excitedly and Nathan laughed at my excitement.

"Let's go!" Nathan said opening the elevator.
