Chapter 10

Dean and I walked to the big house.We walked through the front door to see Chiron waiting for us. He looked very, frustrated and In focus. We waited a few minutes before Dean spoke, "You wanted to see us?"
He turned around looking at us, "Yes I did. Last night a Demigod got captured, He was out of camp grounds. I told him to help a Saytr find a new demigod."
"So, you're saying we have to go find him, and bring him back here?" I asked
Chiron nodded, "Yes. I want you two to go too tomorrow"
"Chiron, Ashton's not ready. We just started training the other day" Dead said.
"Well it looks like you two have a lot of training to do" he said and walked off.
Dean groaned and mumbled something under his breath, then turned around and walked out of the big house. Me following behind him.
We reached the training arena again, the same blonde Aphrodite girl sitting in a chair, "Well what did he want?" She asked.
"None of you're concern" Dean said walking over to grab a sword.
"Dean don't be like that" she said in a purr.
"I can and I will, Leah"
she rolled her eyes, "What was it about curly?" She asked looking in my direction.
"Stop calling me curly, I have a name, it's Ashton" I said.
"Well Ashton what did he want?" She asked.
"Why do you want to know?" I asked back.
"Because, I need to know everything"
"No you don't"
"Yes I do. I have to"
"Just because you like getting into everyone's personal things, doesn't mean everyone like you in it" I snapped.
Dean chuckled, "Point Ash" he said smiling.
Leah rolled her eyes and left.
Dean made his way over to me, "Thanks for making her leave" he said
"It wasn't any problem, she seemed annoying"
"Trust me. She is"
I smiled, "So are we going to-" then I got cut off with Dean attacking me. He pinned me to the ground, but I got him off me by rolling over, then pinned him to the ground. He chuckled, "It's cute when your pinning me to the ground" he said smiling.
"I'm gonna slap you" I laughed.
He laughed too, "Sure. You wouldn't hurt me"
I chuckled, "True"
After the training was over, I was exhausted. I walked, well limped back to my cabin and took a shower. I changed into shorts and a tank top. I just laid in bed, then there was a knock on the door, I groaned and stood up. I walked over and saw Dean, "Hey"
"Hi, why are you here?" I asked
"Cause I talked to Chiron and he said that-well follow me" he said and held out his hand. I took his hand and he lead me off the porch and to the lake.
When we got to the lake there was a table, it had candles around it, because it was getting dark. The table also had food and drinks on it.
"What is this?" I asked
"It's a dinner" he responded
"It looks like a date"
"Well it's a dinner date then" he smiled.
I chuckled and sat down in one of the chairs, he sat in the other. Then we both started eating, I didn't realize how hungry I was till all my food was gone. Deans was too, we both missed dinner.
He groaned, "Well, I'm full" he said.
"Me too" I said and chuckled.
He smiled at me, "So, how long do you think it will take us to find this guy?" He asked.
"Um I have no idea" I said, "Few days maybe..."
He nodded, "sounds reasonable"
I nodded, "Thanks for this dinner date thing" I said.
"Hey it was no problem, you trained hard today, plus we don't get to eat together" he said
"True, my body is sore" I said.
"Hey that's a good thing"
"I'll be limping tomorrow" I said
"I'll carry you then"
I laughed a little, "Why?"
"I care about you"
