Shizuo had gotten a call less than an hour ago. It was from the flea. Izaya had told him he learned more info on James Wolv, and would like to talk to Shizuo about it. The blond was a little nervous going to Izaya's apartment just to talk. The rare occasions he went there was to try and pummel the flea. Not to calmly discuss things with him.

He arrived at the apartment and knocked, as softly as he could so he wouldn't break the door down, like he did last time. Oddly before he even hit the door a third time the door opened. Izaya stood at the doorway, wearing a black long sleeve v~neck shirt with a red undershirt, and his usual black jeans. Though, oddly the bastard looked paler than usual, and was wearing sunglasses. Shizuo raised an eyebrow, then entered as Izaya moved aside so he could come in. "What's with the glasses? Pissed someone off and they gave you a black eye?" Shizuo asked. "No. Just have a headache is all." Izaya replied softly, sitting down on his couch. Several pictures were spread out on the coffee table.

Shizuo walked over and looked at the pictures. Several were of James Wolv, some of James and a woman, and a few were of James the woman and a little girl. "Ah?" Shizuo questioned. "Took some string pulling... and blackmailing. But I learned James had a wife. Which is the reason he moved here to Japan, since she was Japanese herself. For some odd reason almost all the files on her existance and the existence of their daughter had been destroyed." Izaya explained. "So, a cover up?" The blond looked at Izaya. The informant nodded.

"His wife's name was Miku Katsu. She used to be the fiancee of a man named Hiro Shiroi. But she learned he was dealing in illegal activities and left him. She seemingly vanished for almost seven years. Then one day returned with a foreigner as her husband, and a daughter. The daughter was named Emily, though her parent's often called her Emma." Izaya explained showing the pictures with the little girl. Shizuo looked at one of the picture of the little girl. Her hair was straight and black like her mom, though like her father she had piercing blue eyes. She was a bit tall, though clearly still very young. And she dressed almost like a doll.

"One day, Miku was taking Emma to school, and neither made it there. By nightfall, the body of a woman was found. It was Miku. From the looks of it someone had tried kidnapping her, but she fought too hard, and died in the process. Her daughter was missing. Yet oddly, the news never reported the death of Miku, or the kidnapping of Emily. Seemed Hiro Shiroi had paid the local police off to cover up the crimes, and keep it from the public. James was told his wife had most likely ran off with his daughter. Rumors spread his wife ran away with another man. But James refused to believe it. For about a year James searched for them. Asked everyone he could, including  police, and even local gangs. Then one day he went missing, and when they finally found him he was dead. No doubt, he was getting too close to the truth, and Hiro had him taken care of." The informant told Shizuo.

Shizuo gritted his teeth, then looked down with a frown. "Poor bastard." Was all he could say softly. "It gets worse Shizu chan. A contact of mine, who used to work for the Shiroi's gave me info of what became of the daughter.  She was sold to the highest bidder, for unsavory purposes. The man wanted her to be a perfect little doll since she looked so much like one already. But, she was too stubborn.  About two years after he had bought her, he had enough, and shot her then burned down the basement he kept her in. Of course no remains were found when the fire was finally put out." Izaya said, showing newspaper clippings about a mysterious fire at an old abandoned house. Shizuo's eyes widened as Izaya explained this.

"So, it is revenge after all. But not for himself." Shizuo asked, though it was more of a statement. Izaya nodded. "But wait. Why did he kill Masaomi?" Shizuo questioned. "I had actually spoken to Masaomi the night of his death. Warning him Deadwolv may target him. It seems a member of the Shiroi gang, had joined the Yellow Scarves. My guess, Deadwolv learned this and thought Masaomi was also a Shiroi. So killed him out of anger." Izaya said, grabbing a cup of coffee to drink. Shizuo frowned. "So the kid got killed over a misunderstanding." He said saddened by what happened to Masaomi.

"My guess is Deadwolv won't stop killing  untill Hiro Shiroi and his men are all dead. In a way I cannot blame him. Most likely, once he feels he has gotten his revenge, he will go away. Cross over so to speak." Izaya said sipping his coffee. Shizuo looked at him, noticing the coffee looked almost red, but shrugged it off thinking maybe it was some special fancy blend only rich bastards like Izaya could afford. "So what now?" Shizuo asked.

"Maybe help him find Hiro. If he can find and get rid of Hiro, then he should be satisfied and leave. So, now I will search for Hiro. If I find him, I'll alert Deadwolv." Izaya said in a matter of fact tone. "Oh yeah. Real simple. How shall you contact him? A ouija board?" Shizuo asked sarcastically. Oddly the joke made Izaya laugh softly. "Actually no. I know how to contact him through the internet. For some reason, Deadwolv is now using online group chats.  And according to every question he has answered so far, it genuinely is The Deadwolv, and not a fake." Izaya said with a smile. This revelation took Shizuo by surprise.

"Fine. You find Hiro, and alert Deadwolv. If your plan fails, then let me know and I will bash Deadwolv's face in till he is permanently dead." Shizuo said, leaving Izaya's apartment. Once Shizuo was gone. Izaya smiled widely, revealing his white teeth were now fangs.
