Later in the night, Haruya had finally fallen asleep. For the past few nights he had been unable to sleep from stress. He was too worried for Mizuki, and worried what to do with Orihara now that he was a vampire. Just as he had finally fallen asleep his phone began to ring. Sighing he slowly got back up and answered the phone. "This better be important." He said in almost a growl. "It is. Orihara escaped." A voice he recognized as one of his underlings said. "What?" He asked sounding even more angry. "We watched ever entrance and exit of his apartment all day. No movement since he went in last night. So finally we went inside to see what he was doing. And there was no sign of him. He somehow snuck out." The man explained sounding scared.
Haruya growled and hung up his phone. He then got up and got dressed. "That damned informant better not betray my trust. Or I will drown him in holy water." He muttered grabbing his gun loaded with silver bullets to go to Orihara's apartment. He entered the apartment and looked around for any sign of the informant, or any clues where he may have gone. "How did he manage to leave without any of you idiot's noticing?" He asked his men. "We, we don't know sir. We only saw some people come and go since he went inside. None of them could be Orihara." The oldest one explained. "We also saw a cat climbing out a window down a fire escape early this morning." Another said.
Haruya looked at him. "A cat?" He questioned. "Yes sir. A normal sized house cat. it had dark black fur, and reddish eyes." The guy explained. Haruya nearly facepalmed. "Vampires can take animal form you fools! That was Orihara!" He yelled at the men, before leaving to find out where the bastard informant snuck off to.

Haruya got back to his car, and sat in the back seat like usual. His eyes narrowed, as he starred out the window watching for any signs of Orihara, or a black cat. His driver driving faster than usual. He needed to find the informant. He had to, before Izaya did something unforgivable. He didn't truly want to kill Izaya. But if the informant goes too far, and kills someone for blood. Then Haruya would have no choice but to kill him. "Dammit" He muttered. It had been five hours, and no sign of the sneaky informant. The night sky was eerily dark, no stars nor moon. Luckily the many street lights and lights from the buildings kept the city well lit. Still, the clear black sky seemed ominous. As if hinting something tragic was to soon happen.
Haruya sighed and looked down wondering what to do. If he couldn't find Izaya in time, would he really kill the informant? Or was there perhaps a way to tame, or even cure a vampire? He was beginning to lose faith in finding the informant, when his phone rang. He answered it quickly. "Did you find him?" He asked. "Sorry found who?" A familiar voice said. Haruya recognized the voice as Shinra Kishitani. "Ah Kishitani. What news of Mizuki do you have?" Haruya asked, realizing Shinra must be calling about his friend. Last he had spoken to the underground doctor, he was told Mizuki was in a form of coma, and it was uncertain if he would survive.
"I have two bad news. First, I am sorry to say. Mizuki Akabayashi died. The damage and blood loss was too severe." As Haruya heard this his eyes widened, and he felt like a knife was in his stomach. "And the other bad news?" He asked trying to remain calm. "Well, his body vanished while I went to check on something. Which means only one thing. He, has turned into a vampire as well, and escaped." Shinra said, scared how the executive would react.
There was a long pause on the phone before Shinra heard a response. "Get your headless girlfriend to find him now! And bring him back alive. Got it? Or I'll have your legs broke." Haruya snapped at him before hanging up his phone angrily. Shinra looked over at Celty who was already putting on her helmet. (I will be back with Akabayashi. Just stay safe encase he returns.) She showed him typed on her phone. Shinra nodded.
Celty got on Shooter and drove out into the night. One problem after another. True what they say after all. Trouble loves company. Shooter neighed loudly as he rode off, searching the city with the headless rider. What few people that were out that late saw Celty and knew her to be the headless rider. They knew not to get in her way, and began to fear what she was doing in such a hurry. To see her riding the sides of buildings, driving up to the roofs, and back to the streets. An undead killer on the loose, vampire attacks, and now the headless rider searching the city. Fear gripped everyone around. The tension so strong you could feel it.
