Wolf Boy (Vmin)

Chapter 2

"So would you mind briefing me, dad?" Taehyung was sat in the passanger's seat while his dad was driving their red Toyota Camry. It was only the both of them, seeing as the rest of the four people that were going with them were all pilled into the other car.

"There really isn't a lot of briefing to do. Their alpha applied for the combination about half way through the holidays. Basically, their Pack funds are completely dry and they are being forced to disband or join another Pack. All we need to do is see if we can rescue them. We speak to the alpha and see if we can get him to hand over the pack and step down. If not we see if there's any other way of handeling things."
Taehyung nodded as he tried to process what his dad said.

According to the research he had his beta do on the Pack, their current alpha was only a few years older than Taehyung. His judgment skills were next to nothing. He was also considered to be cruel to the rest of the Pack, never hesitating to beat anyone who doesn't comply with him and his views. Those were the kind of people that Taehyung couldn't stand.

The drive to the Moonblood Pack only last about two hours and before he knew it, they were pulling into the compound of the Pack. As they stepped out of there cars, Taehyung looked around the place. The outside looked like any other Pack, all the houses were built so the alpha's house was in the middle, making the alpha easily accessible to everyone.

The Pack members were going about their daily business as usual, some of them stopping to openly stare at Taehyung and his group, as they walked towards the alphas house. At the door was a man with a build almost as impressive as his dad's. He has dark hair and brown eyes. Taehyung assumed him to be the alpha, and the slightly smaller man behind him to be his beta.

"This is my son and next in line, Taehyung." His dad said as he shook hands with the alpha and continued his introduction, "His beta Jungkook." He motioned to Jungkook who was standing beside Taehyung and then introduced the remaining boys as some of the fighters in the Pack. The alpha just nodded and introduced himself as alpha Yoongi, and his beta as Hoseok.

The inside of the alpha's house was luxurious decoreted. Taehyung couldn't help but think that he ought to have spent some of the money he used to decorate the house on the Pack and he wouldn't be in his current situation.

"Let's go to my office. We can discuss there. I will have someone bring up some drinks and refreshments."

From the tone of his voice, Taehyung could tell he wasn't used to being polite to people and, he could hear the rest of his Pack's snort of agreement through the link.

As they walked up to the stairs to alpha Yoongi's office, his senses popped and his blood boiled as his eye sight dimmed to a grey scale. Even though his Wolf usually preferred to sit back and observe situations, he suddenly rushed to the surface.

His noise tickled as he tried to identify the scent that was driving him mad. His body shook as his Wolf itched to rip to the surface and follow the scent. He panted trying to catch his breath.

He could hear distant voices in the background over the sound of the blood pulsing through his ears. They were hovering over him and asking if he was okay.

"My mate. I can feel her... somewhere in this house." He panted, his words coming out slightly disorted. His sense of balance slowly returned to him and he pushes himself upright.

"Your mate is in this house?" It was alpha Yoongi who spoke up from where he stood a little farther away, in front of a door that Taehyung assumed to be his office.

"Yes and I need to find her." He said walking to him. "Something is not right with her, she feels hurt and broken."
He turned to his father who seemed happy that he could sense his mate, but still a little sad that she might be hurt.

"I need you to understand that there are quite a few females in this house at the moment..." Before he could finish, a blood curdling scream echoed through the walls of the house, and Taehyung felt his soul shatter.
