It was Belle Delphine, the supposed Queen of Germany.
"Belle Delphine of Germany," Devin breathed.
"My loving follower," she said. "I have come before you to give you this message."
"Thank you, my Queen. Your wisdom will guide me; Belle Delphine, Queen of Germany."
"And it guides you to search for Simon Ulcrates. Aaron Firehand holds great chaos inside of him, and cannot lead Las Aminour.
"Unfortunately, you are not destined to rule it. The destined ruler of Las Aminour is a man that has never been found, and he shall only be found by using these relics: the Staves of Delphine.
"Now go, and find the ruler of Las Aminour."
