"Mercedes! It's so good to see you!" A brown haired man smiled pulling her aunt into a hug. "This must be Scarlett. It's so nice to meet you. I'm Ward Cameron."
"It's nice to meet you too." She smiled following her aunt and Ward into the large mansion. "You have a beautiful home."
"Oh you're too sweet." Ward laughed. "Come on everyone's out back waiting."
Ward Cameron led the two guests through the house and into the backyard where the were met with his family.
"Everyone I'd like you to meet Scarlett." Ward announced gesturing towards the girl. "Scarlett is Mercedes' niece. She just moved here."
"Hello." Scarlett awkwardly waved. She could feel the blonde haired boys eyes on her. Unfortunately, he wasn't the blonde boy that she wanted to have eyeing her body.
"It's so lovely to see you again Scarlett." Rose smiled hugging the girl. "Let me introduce you to the family."
Rose pulled the girl over to the table motioning for her to take the seat in between the two blonde haired teens. As she sat she noticed her aunt and Ward conversing over by the grill.
"Scarlett this is Rafe. He's the oldest. Then we have Sarah. The two of you are the same age. Lastly we have our youngest Wheezie."
"I love your dress!" Sarah smiled at the dark haired girl.
"Oh thanks. Your outfit is cute too."
"Well I'll leave you kids to get acquainted while I go get myself and Mercedes a drink."
"So you just moved here?" It was Wheezie who had spoken up.
"Um yeah. I've been here for two days now." She nodded.
"Is it weird?"
"Kind of. It's not too bad considering I grew up here. I only moved away a couple of years ago."
"Why'd you move?" It was Sarah this time.
"Well my parents and I moved away when my dad got a job offer in New York."
"Why are you living with Mercedes instead of your parents?" Wheezie questioned.
