The car ride was silent except for the soft melody of Rhiannon by Fleetwood Mac, playing from the vans speakers. Scarlett sat watching the scenery pass by out of the window trying to figure out where they were going. When they passed an old abandoned church it finally clicked in the brunette's mind where they were heading.

"Can I ask why we are going to the cemetery?"

"No."

"We're looking for my dad."

JJ and John B answered at the same time. The blonde sent his friend a glare from the passenger seat earning one back in response. John B really didn't like how JJ was treating Scarlett. He was definitely going to tell the boy off once they're alone.

"And you think we're going to find him at the cemetery?" Scarlett asked looking questionably towards Pope and Kiara. Pope shook his head while Kiara shrugged not knowing what to say.

The group arrived outside of the cemetery a few minutes after it got dark. Everyone besides JJ got out of the van. The boy instead laid the seat back before throwing his feet up on the dash and pulling a blunt out of his pocket.

"You mind if I just relax on this one?" He questioned not waiting for an answer. "It's been a long day, and a lot of weird stuff's gone down. I'm just gonna lay low. Oh, did you want a hit of this?"

"I keep the signal clear." Pope declined pushing JJ's out stretched arm away from him.

"Dude, okay. Do you understand that your problem is that you don't get creative?" JJ began to rant only to be cut off by John B. "If you got creative, then..."

"Look, I... I know I was wrong about the lighthouse, all right?"

"What happened at the light house?" Scarlett interrupted him.

"He kind of got arrested." Pope replied causing the girls eyes to widen in shock as she turned to John B in disbelief. The boy in question sent her a sheepish smile before continuing on with his speech.

"And wrong about everything else going on. But I... I was right about one thing." He nodded more to reassure himself than everyone else. "My dad is trying to tell me something."

"We're with you." Kie smiled.

"Alright let's go." John B smiled back at her before leading the way into the dark and deserted cemetery.
