"I assumed she was just doing late and early practices but I called all the Ice rinks in our area and none of them saw her" Mother claims to have called the teenage skater multiples times on the second day of disappearance with no luck.

Angel's missing?

Angel POV
I did it I'm free! I love you, Hyunjoo! I got off the plane with a smile. "Now Seoul, what do you have to offer? I haven't been here in years" I wonder if he's okay.

I was 11 and that day I was gonna tell Sunghoon oppa I liked him. I stayed in Korea for a year for competitions and had made a few friends, including him. Two days after the comp. mom had told me that I could see my friends one last time because I didn't know when I was coming back. As usual we met up at the ice rink.

"Sunghoon oppa" everyone had left early except for us. "Since I don't know when I'll be back. I wanna tell you something" he stops skating. "W-what is it?" I took a deep breath. "I... like you" his eyes widen. "I- I have to go!" I sighed as he skated away.

It didn't matter anyways, I left and came back after two years. We acted like nothing happened and we just stayed friends, kept in touch through texts and calls but we never brought it up again. And I never stopped liking him .

"Jjampong sounds good right now" I say before looking up places near me.

"Mom!" I yell going into my moms room. "I'm going to Florida! Angel's missing!" "Wait wait wait!" She comes into my room. "Slow down! What are you saying?!" She grabs my shoulders. "Mom look at the news, Angel went missing a couple of days ago" she let's go of my shoulders.

"Did you try callin or or"- "yeah I did she didn't respond or even look at the messages"  she takes my luggage off my bed and I put it back on my bed. "Look they'll find her. You can't just go to Florida" I put clothes in and she takes them out "mom stop!" "You are not going to Florida" she grabs my hands and I rip them from her.

"Yes I am, I have to"

I shouldn't have pretended. I shouldn't have let her walk away from me. I should've said something.

"Okay! Say you go to Florida, where will you look? Hmm?"

Fine! I'll just buy clothes there.

"I'm leaving!" I grab my car keys and run outside. When I get in my car I get a call from a random number.

"Hello?"

"I'm here"

Angel POV

That was delicious, I pay for the bill with a smile. I looked it up and the Seoul mall is quite the walk from this restaurant. But ice skating is harder than this so I can do it. I walk down the street grinning like an idiot. Today will be good day.

He's coming! I get to see him again! And I get to go shopping with him!

This guy has been following me for about 10 minutes now and I still have 15 more minutes to go. I detour into the gas station area and he goes with me. Every where I go he goes! Fuck this! I run and he starts running too!

Oh my gosh! I really don't wanna die, I'm supposed to be meeting my crush in 10 minutes I don't have to time to die.

I run in front of a car receiving a middle finger and a horn blow but I digress. I keep running and i almost lost him but he started running again. I run past another car without the rudeness and hide by an alley by the mall's entrance.
I hear him run by and my heart almost stops. I check to see if the coast was clear and breath.

I. Could. Have. Died.

I break down crying. This was a big mistake.

Sunghoon POV

Im at a light by the mall waiting to go when I see two people running.  Angel! She running from this old homeless man. The light is still red. I move my car in the guy's way while she runs toward the mall. The guy growls at me and it sends shivers down my spine. I look to my right and she has already disappeared.

As I'm walking toward the mall I hear snifling and small sobs coming from the alley. Angel!
I walk up to her slowly. "Angel ,Why did you run? Why are you crying?" I asked her. "... I can't do this anymore" she starts crying. "I can't... I'm- I'm running out of reasons to live" she falls on her knees.

Does she mean... does she wanna-

"I don't mean I wanna die. I mean I don't think I have a purpose anymore.  I don't wanna live like this anymore" she sobs and I level with her and hug her. "You have me. Won't you live for me" I asks her. I wish I could take away all her pain and make her happy but I know this is something beyond her and I.

This frustrates me terribly. "Why don't you stay with me for a while?" I suggest. "You can stay and hang with"- "I don't want you to take care of me" she argues. "But I want too, because I care about you Angel. I always have and always will" I tell her.

"But you know I have feelings for you. It'll be awkward" she says. "I promise it won't be awkward" I rub her head softly. "I never said I didn't like you" she looks at me. "But now is not the right time"
