41: Communication

Haime POV
"Keeho! Keeho!"  I bump into people but I don't care, I'm almost close to him. I continue to push past people and finally get through the crowd. "Keeho! Keeho!" I stop and see him but before I can get to him some girl walks up to him.

"Keeho! Kee!"- they kiss in front of me and my heart breaks. I deserved a lot but I didn't deserve this! They let each other go and he notices me. He starts walking toward me but I run off as I began to cry. He really is over me.

With Hyunjoo

"What do you want Hyunjoo unnie?" Younghee says not really interested, she had a hair appointment later today but Hyunjoo begged her to drop by first. "How is your senior, Sunghoon doing?" Hyunjoo asks and Younghee shrugs.

"Good, he has a girlfriend too but"- Hyunjoo smacks the table "I know about Angel" she seethes. "I don't want them together anymore. Do you not remember your job?" Younghee rolls her eyes.

"I need more compensation" She bargains making Hyunjoo want to rip her hair out. "Fine! what do you want?!" Younghee smirks before standing up. "I'll let you know soon"

3 days later

Sunghoon POV

Angel's birthday was coming up soon and I was going crazy trying to figure out what to do. "Why don't you just ask her?" Sanbin says. "It's supposed to be a surprise"

Think! What would Angel want?! She likes stuffed animals.

"She likes stuffed animals, how about a movie night?"

I suggest and Sanbin shrugs being useless as usual. "You're the boyfriend. I would not know" I throw my pencil at him. That's when I get an idea "A picnic! After we celebrate with you guys I'll take her on a picnic!" I clap so proud of myself. My phone vibrates reminding me I have practice later.

I haven't been feeling like going to practice as of late. I text my mom that  I don't feel good today and cancel it for today. Just as I close my phone someone covers my eyes. Thinking it's my girlfriend I don't move them. "What are you doing here Younghee" Sanbin says and I immediately move the hands and get up from my chair in disgust.

"What are doing?" I ask. "Oppa" she pouts "let's hang out later" she asks and I almost gagged. "Why would I do that? I already have plans with my girlfriend" I lie so she'll leave but she doesn't instead she keeps persisting. "Just cancel them. What's so great about a foreigner anyway?"

Younghee asks making me mad. She stands there innocent like with a smile. "That 'foreigner' is my girlfriend and I'm not canceling my plans with her for you" I say in the most respectful way possible. I walk away looking for my said girlfriend.

"Babe, I have practice, are you busy?" Angel asks and I quickly shake my head. I've been looking forward to her practices lately. "Great. Can you take me?" I nod with a smile as she kisses me. We walk to the entrance of the school when Angel stops "what's wrong, babe?" I asks. "Aish! I forgot my dance bag" she runs back toward the school leaving me alone. "Oppa! Oppa!" I roll my eyes at Younghee.

she just won't give up will she?

"I'm not your Oppa. Please call me Sunghoon-ssi" I tell her backing away from. "Sunghoon-ssi? but we've known each other for a while, oppa" she whines. "What do you want, Younghee?!" I ask loosing patience with her. "I don't want you to be with Angel. You should be with someone better than her" I roll my eyes.

"Who are you suggesting? Yourself? I would never" I asks but she shakes her head in a kind of way. "I would never think so highly of myself. Im talking about some one who's wanted you for a while" she says in a sarcastic way and Angel appears looking annoyed. Younghee walks away looking bored as I glare at her. "What did she want?" Angel asks when we get in the car.

"She said she didn't want us together, that there was someone better for me that's wanted me for a while" I begrudgingly tell her and she doesn't answer "Don't worry about it too much. I know there's no one better for me" I massage her hand with mine to calm her. "Thanks for telling me" she says and interlocks our hands.

"Do you have any idea who she could be referring to?" She asks me and I shake my head. "She said it wasn't herself and so many people claim they like me I couldn't think of one specific person" I say also puzzled. "Just be careful, babe"

Haime POV

I'm on cleaning duty after school today. I got bored waiting on the other student and started cleaning without them. As I'm dusting the erasers I hear heavy footsteps get closer to the room. "Hey, sorry for taking so"- its Keeho. I slap the erasers one more time and continue to clean not acknowledging him. Just thinking about him kissing that girl makes me angry but I start crying. "Are you crying?" He asks. "No! I have chalk in my eye. It's none of your business anyway" I say wiping my eyes, I need to get over him. He's over me, I can do the same. I finish my portion and leave him to finish the rest but he grabs my wrist. "Did I forget something?" I check my pockets and look around the room " I don't think so" I try leaving again but he stops me again. "In the cafeteria that day" he starts but I cut him off. "I get it. I was too late, you moved on and so have I" I lied. "I haven't. I haven't moved on, Blue" he says and I look at him. "What do you mean?" He picks up the Azurite necklace he gave me and examines it. "You're wearing it" he smiles and looks at me. "Will you tell me your name?" He asks and I nod as he lets go of my necklace. "Haime. My name is Haime" he kisses me catching me by surprise then let's me go. "Haime, will you be my girlfriend?" He asks. "First... tell me why you kissed that girl the other day?" I ask and he chuckles. "She kissed me. It's the same girl I rejected for you, she saw you and did that because I rejected her again. I tried to tell you but you ran away" he says. "Okay, I'll be your girlfriend" he kisses me again but this one was  better more meaningful.
