Percy

"You killed her?" He seems genuinely shocked. "I thought old snake face would never die. Well, after your namesake killed her the first time that is." His gaze drifts for a second, as if deep in thought. "It took her quite a while to come back up, did it not?" I don't answer him. "When did you kill her?"

I think back, I was twelve at the time. "Six years ago?"

His brows raise, he looks either surprised or impressed. "At twelve?"

His questions are getting rather annoying. "That was six years ago, was it not?" I say, a little to harshly. "I sent her head to Zeus as a gift. I'll be happy to add yours to the collection." I offer.

He scoffs. "My God, you're just like your father. I could recognize that confidence anywhere."

"Don't you talk about my father." I reach for riptide. I want to kill him right now, but I can't. Not with Scott and his friends here. If they watch me kill him, I'll only have to kill them too. Surely they'll put up a fight, maybe even a hard one.

"Your father?" Scott asks, crossing his arms as he looks from me to Stiles- Void.

"He hasn't told you?" Void asks, a smug grin on his face.

I give him a warning glance, but he continues talking despite my silent threat.

"Perseus Jackson? Son of the sea?" He hints, leading them on. They still stare blankly at him. "Piece it together guys, come on. He can control water, he's named after Perseus, the half-blood son of a God. You can't be this naive."

I watch Lydia begin to connect the dots. Her eyes widen and she looks at me. "Ο πατέρας σου είναι ο Ποσειδώνας." She says in Greek. Her accent is rough, but I can understand it. Your father is Poseidon.

I glare at Void, he smirks back at me. He glances once at Aiden, and when he does, something flashes in his eyes.

He looks back to me. "Did you know, Percy, that twins get a feeling when one of them are in pain?" He asks me, but his question isn't directed my way. Aiden freezes. "You didn't lose that talent too, did you?" Aiden looks at Scott. Void clicks his tongue. "Oh, I hope not. You're going to need it."

Scott takes his eyes off Stiles to meet Aiden's gaze. Both seem confused.

Me too.

I don't know what the heck is going on.

Void sighs. "Okay, I'll give a little hint." He looks between the two of them. And after a short pause, probably for dramatic flare, he speaks. "Ethan's at the school."

Aiden's eyes widen just a sliver. He turns to Scott. "Go." Scott says, and Aiden rushes out of the house. Void tilts his head back, looking up, and he laughs. The sound is sadistic, cold, almost as if he's having fun. It sends shivers running down my spine.

"Oh, I hope he gets there in time." His words seem honest. "I liked the twins." He looks in Scott's direction, a fire in his eyes. "Short tempers, homicidal compulsions. They're a lot more fun than you bukemono trying to save the world everyday."

Gods. Scott and his friends look terrified. They try to hide it, but both Void and I can see the skittish fear in the way they stand, ready to run away.

"Doc, you brought something to paralyze his body." Says Melissa, Scott's Mom. "You got anything for his mouth?"

"Yes, I do."

I almost laugh when he pulls out a roll of black duct tape, tearing a piece off and spreading it over Stiles' mouth. The boy can't move to resist it, so instead he does the next best thing.

The sound that he makes it isn't a scream or a roar, I don't know what to call it. He can't open his mouth under the tape, so it comes out as more of a deep loud yell, maybe even a growl.

And if I'm being honest, not much scares me.

But this?

This was absolutely and utterly terrifying.

And to make it worse, he begins to chuckle, a low, soft chuckle, muffled by the tape. His eyes are still full of malevolent intent, yet he seems to be smirking underneath the bind on his mouth.
