Normally for a teenager there are many things that could make them emotional but in the Allen household everything seemed more than enough till a court notice came summoning them all. And in case you are wondering about what? Barry and Iris were about to learn by the judge's entry before announcing a lawsuit linking them as the 16-year-old's adoptive parents. And for a moment Diana herself was also confused before the doors opened and in came the fantastic four with Johnny Storm in the front towards who Diana made a run for. The judge: Mr. Storm take a seat by your lawyer and I will allow you to keep your daughter with you till you both come down

The judge then nods before turning to Barry and Iris as well
The judge : The court is sitting. The case is for the restoration of parental rights and the cancellation of adoption.
Iris and Barry: what?! *eyes wide* just like that?
The judge: The court reports new evidence. Report of kidnapping of the girl from 3 years ago, confessions of the mother for attempted murder and report of illegal permission for adoption without the consent of the father

The judge: Also eyewitness accounts of the case. The Court accepts all the evidence and considers that Mr Storm has every right to request a review of the latest judgment.
Johnny on the other hand is feeling all kinds of things going through him
The judge: At this stage, however, the court wants to hear who the girl wants to live with.
Johnny: Diana, the choice is yours.
Diana: I thought it was obvious.
Johnny: even so you'll have to voice it for everyone to hear sweetie. *says as a smile appears*
The judge: Do you want to be returned to your biological father, Miss Allen?
Diana: Storm your honor.
The judge: As you wish. I understood the hint.
Johnny can't help the chuckle that leaves him
Iris: but we took parental care upon full adoption.
The judge: Yes, but full adoption takes effect when both parties have abandoned the child. In our case, the father's signature was forged and the child was taken overnight under his nose.

The judge: Your only chance to keep your rights was with Diana's wish. But she obviously wants her real father.

Iris: Are we really giving up just like this?
Barry: what else can we do, you heard Diana, Iris. I don't like it as much as you do.
The judge: In that case, should I consider that you respect her decision?
Barry: yes, your honor.
Iris: No, we do not accept this. *speaks up right after Barry*

Iris: just because you're giving up doesn't mean I'll give up.
Johnny narrows his eyes and glares at Iris
The judge: If so, the court awards the parental rights of the biological father and declares the adoption invalid. Mr. Storm you are free to take your angel home.
Johnny: Thank you...thank you so much your honor.
Everyone then head outside where the four start to shower Diana with all the hugs and kisses in the world

Diana: God I thought I was going to die in there
Johnny: not on my watch, also that adoptive mother was really getting on my nerves
Diana: I love you soo much daddy *says as she leans to kiss his lips*
Johnny: I love you more sweetie, now until forever *says before connecting their lips kissing her with nothing but love*
Susan, Reed and Ben share looks not really surprised by this as they smile happy that father and daughter are reunited at last
