~*~ At The SHIELD HQ ~*~
The Avengers decided to take their kids to one of SHIELD's training rooms to teach them some self defence but first decided to run them through some obstacle course to see how long they will stand and so far most of them were half way understanding it while Stark's son and Captain Rogers's daughter were aceing it and were almost at the finish line, helping each other instead of racing each other like most people thought they would
Tony raises an eyebrow a little confused as to why his son is helping spangles daughter and the other way around, meanwhile Steve and the other avengers watch proud of their kids but are a little confused as well
Diana: You okay there Nate? *asks between breaths*
Nate: yep, you? *asks between breaths as well*
Diana: Never felt better in my entire life *grins as she breaths heavily*
Nate: *can't help but chuckle and smile at her* looks like the others are having a little more trouble then we are. Should we give them hand?
Diana: After you *says as she sprints back with Nate to help the others out*
Tony and Steve: what are they doing? *asks still confused*
Diana giggles as they get everyone to the other side before running after them and finishing the obstacle course at the same time in last place
the avengers look a little baffled at what happend but they clap for their children are proud of them
Diana smiles widely and pulls Nate in a tight hug as she leads him to the bench to get a towel and a water bottle
Nate hugs her back just as tightly and lets her lead him.
Meanwhile each Avenger walks over to child giving them a comforting pat on the back and a "well done"
Diana gives him a towel and water bottle before getting the same for herself and walking over to her father
Steve; what exactly happend back there? *crosses his arms just curious and not mad at her at all*
Diana:Just gave into Nate's golden heart of wanting to help people and I loved te part that it was our own teammates so I just followed what I thought was right
Steve: *smiles and nods* i can't agree with you more Diana. I'm very proud of you. *kisses her forehead sweetly*
Tony on the other hand wasn't really happy about what happend and is lecturing his son about it who sighs and rolls his eyes sins he knew his father would react like that
Seeing that Diana whistles at Nate and waves him over to her and her father
Nate: *sees it, nods and jogs over* you whistled? *jokes*
Diana: Yeah. Want to ditch these old people and go grab a bite to eat? I'm hungry already
Nate: *nods* heck yeah, i'm starving. *grins*
Steve just rolls his eyes and shakes his head used to his daughter calling them that.
Tony: we are not old only Spangles is.
Diana grins as she pulls him out of the room by the hand as she whistles and motions for everyone else from their young team to follow them as well
witch they do while the avengers smiles and shrug letting them be sins they have bin working hard.
*SKIP TIME*
~*~ few weeks later ~*~
Nate and Diana get to lead the young team members now known as the young avengers into battle and to celebrate it they throw a party in the living room while their parents are out
Nate: i can guess two things first: our parents are going to freak when they find out about this or they will do nothing it will depend.
Diana: One we aren't babies anymore for them to do that and two even if they do I will keep sneaking you in my room at night because you deserve more then to be alone like a prisoner ever if we did fuck up at whatever we did wrong in their eyes *says as she drinks more of her wine as she runs a hand through his hair as she leans next to him on the sofa*
