We don't truly know what could happen tomorrow We don't get visions or get clues All we can do is cling onto a lifeless hope that everything will be okay That we will live to see the sun beam down at us with its glorious smile That we will live to see the gorgeous moons light rays in the middle of the night with stars scattered throughout the sky, accompanying it to make its presence shine All we can do is pray that we get to breathe the fresh air once more Because not everyone gets the chance to do that And that's okay, because we are all only human, scars branded on our hearts, with young pasts that may have been long forgotten but with presences that hold meaning We may be mortal, but our hearts, our souls will never be forgotten by the loved ones that we hold so dear We will live on, though our bodies may not be in the moment, but our spirit will carry on forever
