Jackson

Namjoon's head hurt, due to the utter chaos of angry voices in his head. He knew they would react badly to the plan, he and Yoongi had argued all night about it. In the end, he did come to the understanding that it was our best shot. He wasn't happy about it but Namjoon knew he would back him up.

'Everyone settle down, I understand you are upset, but If you think about this logically it is our best option. Think about it, if we just simply escape they will track us down again. If we kill them we will be murderers and anti hybrids will use it as an excuse to cause a divide. However, if we do this the proper legal way, they go away forever and we get have our lives back.'

'It's so risky though, Namjoon' Jin muttered 'You haven't seen the state she's in, she will be completely helpless.'

'I have to agree with Jin, she would be so scared, I don't want her to be alone.' Jimin chimed in.

'I can't even believe we are having this conversation' Jungkook voiced in rage. 'This goes against everything a mate should do. You are asking us to purposely put her in danger.'

'Kookie, you need to calm down, I'm not happy about this idea either, but it is something we should discuss more back at the den. We shouldn't make any decision too hastily.'

'Not you too, Tae. She doesn't deserve this. '

'I know. We all know that! I can think objectively though. What he is thinking is risky, but it does make the most sense.'

'What does Yoongi think of all this?' Jungkook demanded.

'Intially he reacted in the same way you did. He berated me for hours, angry that I was even considering it. However, he did eventually admit it was our best option.'

'Of course we discuss this like civilized people when we return to speak with Hobi'

Namjoon silently thanked Jin for always being so levelheaded. He understood everyone's aversion to this. He didn't want to put her danger either but he wanted to at least give them all the opportunity of having a normal life again. They deserve it and she deserved it most of all.

'Even if you ultimately decide against the plan you should at least try to find Jackson meet with him. According to Dr. Young, he is staking this place out from a hiding place somewhere around the property'

'How are we supposed to find someone who doesn't want to be found? We don't even know what he looks like.' Jimin questioned.

'He is a hybrid and most likely the only one in the area besides you, if you follow the scent of an unfamiliar hybrid it should be him. He is hard to miss. He's  a jackal hybrid. If he ends up being suspicious of you, tell him Namjoon sent you.'

'Goodbye Joon, be safe please.'

'You too Jin, keep looking after them in my place. You are doing so good.'

Namjoon will likely never know how much those words really impacted Jin. He had felt like such a failure lately, just barely keeping his head above water. To hear their alpha praising him, sent a small wave of warmth through him.

'I'm no leader but thank you for saying that.'

'Jin, you really don't give yourself enough credit. You are more stable and reliable than you think. '

The four of them carefully wandered the perimeter of the property chasing this scent of this stranger.

Tae was the first to see the jackal, and he immediately took off running after it.  Jiminh ran in a different direction hoping to come along the front of him.

As soon as Taehyung and Jimin had him cornered Jackson shifted.

"What do you want with me?"

"We may decide to help with your investigation." Taehyung said softly.

"Investigation what Investigation?"

Jimin scoffed, "You don't have to play dumb, Namjoon sent us, we are his pack."

Jackson's face filled with sorrow. "Yes I heard he was inside that awful place. I could his conversation with my mate this morning. I am assuming he told you what the plan entailed?" He noticed Jimin nodded his begrudgingly. "I understand it feels wrong to put your mate in danger, I put my own mate in the middle of that hornets nest, but at least consider the longterm boys. I have a whole hidden here in the woods waiting on my signal to move in. I will do everything in my power to keep an eye on her. Go back, talk to you other packmate and your mate. If you decide to go through with the plan meet me here tomorrow morning.
