House prepping

After I got my house, I was working on the design of how I want my sex room to look. "I'm happy your got your house." Claire said as we talked on FaceTime. "What are you turning one your Rooms into?" Claire asked. "I want to turn it into a sex room." I said as we laughed. "You fuckin would." Claire said as we laughed. "You gonna have chains and shit?" She asked as I smiled. "Nah I don't do that. I am gonna make it romantic the way I see fit." I said showing her on my iPad. "I'm thinking I want red lights." I said as Claire looked. "That would be cute." Claire said. "Can I make a suggestion?" Claire said. "Sure." I said. "How about you get sex furniture? It could help with your back pain and Jimmy's back too." She said. I look and I smile. "Now that you bring it up. I do have some in storage." I said. "Lala wanted the house." I said as she rolled her eyes. "Too bad you got it first." Claire said. "I think that agent she was working probably snitched her out." I said. "I wouldn't doubt it I mean real estate In LA is pretty ruthless." I said. "Oh well lala can't afford the house you wanted." She said as I  drank my tea. "You know it." I said. Over the years I've made major investments saved up overtime and I was able to get the house I wanted.

I was meeting up with Nikki to celebrate me getting the house when I see lala there with a few cast mates from vanderpump rules at 71ABOVE. Nikki and I walk past them as she stares as us up and down. "She's mad." Nikki said as I smiled. "It's actually sad. I can afford my house and she's going on it sad." I said smiling. "Is this a business dinner?" I asked. "Well depends on what you mean." Nikki said as I smiled. "What can I get you guys to drink?" The waitress asked. "I'll take a glass of Moët rose 2012." I said. "Actually let's do a bottle of it we are celebrating." I said as Nikki smiled. "My treat you got me my house." I said as she smiled. "Thank you." She said.

Meanwhile at Lalas table
"She stole the house I wanted." Lala said talking shit as Nikki and I enjoyed dinner. Lala was telling anyone who was willing hear her sad story and it's pathetic.

"I wanted to ask you if you wanted to go to New York with me." I said. "When?" She asked sipping her champagne. "May 28th. I got an invite to go to this erotic workshop." I said. "I'd love to." She said smiling. "I hope Jimmy don't get mad about us if we hook up." She said. "He won't." I said as we ate.

"I think you should go say something to her Lala." One of her friends said. "You think so?" Lala said. "Yeah tell her what's on your mind." Her friend said as lala got up putting her napkin down on the table determined to say anything to me.

"I'm happy that you and Jimmy are together." Nikki said. "Nice to see y'all are happy for me." I said. "I mean we aren't lalas. We want each other to be happy." Nikki said as lala walks over. "Evening ladies." She said. "It was until you walked over here." I said. "It's Great you got the house I wanted." Lala said. "You wouldn't have known about the house if that snake Nikki works with didn't tell you." I said sipping my drink. "Why you even over here Lala I thought you were too good to hang around what you call bums?" Nikki asked. "As you can see we aren't bums honey. That would be you and the people you hang out with." I said. I don't know what lala is trying to achieve being over here trying to read me for the filth but I can do it better. "I don't know how Jimmy puts up with you." She said as Nikki smiled knowing what was coming. "Same way randal put up with you oh wait he was never home much." I said as lala got mad. "Nikki was I right?" I asked. "Right about what?" Lala said mad. "I knew it was a matter of time before he only got bored with you and got with the latest hot thing on the scene." I said. "I'd offer you a drink baby but I know you trying to be accountable for your actions but it's not getting you far enough." I said as lala said walking outside upset. "I wish she didn't leave so soon I was only getting  started." I said as Nikki laughed. I've said it once and I'll say it again I will never be friends with someone like lala but if she keeps trying me again I will read her and expose her cause I don't wanna have to humble her but I will by any means. "At what point is she gonna move on?" I asked. "She can't move on because she knows how good of a friend you truly was to her." Nikki said. "She's jealous of you guys and it shows." I said. "She is." Nikki said as we paid the bill. We left waiting for our car to take us home. "All you have to do is worry about getting checks and pleasing jimmy." Nikki said as we got in the car to take us home. "Your right." I said. I think it the part of me and Nikki having dinner was honestly triggering to her because I am more sexually attracted to Nikki than her.
