House hunting

I was getting to that point in my life where I want to buy a house. I was at Jimmy's house chilling when Nikki calls me. "Hey sis." I said smiling. "Alright I'll look when I get back to Miami." I said smiling. "Thank you." I said before hanging up. "What's going on?" Jimmy asked. "I'm going to be buying a house." I said as he smiled hugging me. "I'm proud of you." Jimmy said as I laughed. "What do you want from the house?" Jimmy asked. "I don't want much. I want 3 to 4 bedrooms a pool a place to grill in the summers and a spa." I said. "I'm surprised usually your so bougie." Jimmy said as I smiled. "Well I plan on turn one of the rooms into a sex room." I said as jimmy smiled. "Can I move in?" Jimmy asked as I laughed. "I'd love it. We could play pool boy seduces lonely widow." I said as he laughed kissing me. "What part of LA would you live in?" He asked. "Studio city. It would be a 30 minute drive to the office and I'd be Away from lala." I said. "Added bonus."  Jimmy said. "Also all the girls live in Beverly Hills so that's a 10 minute ride so I'm good seeing them." I said. "I'm really proud of you babe." Jimmy said as I hugged him. I've accomplished so much in my life. I've traveled the world, partied with the richest celebrities now it's time I get my dream house. "How much are you looking to spend?" Jimmy asked. "Between 1 to 3 million. I've had the money saved up all I gotta do is shop for a house." I said as jimmy high fived me. "I wanna get you a gift for the house." Jimmy said. "What?" I asked. "I will surprise you with it you will have to wait." Jimmy said as I smiled. "Ok I'm with it." I said smiling.
