"Are you looking forward to defence against the dark arts this afternoon?" Blaise asked Draco as they both sat eating their lunch. "I guess" Draco replied, truly not looking forward to it in the slightest. "I bet it's going to be really interesting" Blaise smiled. He could tell Draco was having a hard day, but he was never sure what to say to make it better. "Yeah" Draco said, his mind preoccupied with the fact his nappy had leaked that morning.

Blaise finished off his pumpkin pie and stood up, getting himself ready to head off to his afternoon classes. As he did this, he saw Professor Lupin approaching him and Draco.

"Draco, can I have a word?" Lupin asked, placing his hands on top of Draco's shoulders. Draco nodded, following his teacher out of the great hall, Blaise walking behind them.

"I want you to come to my office and try to have a wee before my lesson" Lupin said quietly. Draco looked at him, and then to Blaise, completely embarrassed. "Please" Lupin almost begged. He wanted to make sure Draco didn't find himself in another situation where he wet his nappy so much that it leaked, and the only way he could think of doing this was encouraging him to use the bathroom often. "O-okay" Draco stuttered. "Great" Lupin smiled, turning and walking in the direction of his office. "I'll wait for you in the classroom" Blaise said, not wanting to invade Draco's privacy. "No, it's okay, you can come" Draco weakly smiled before running after Lupin.

Although something very small, Blaise couldn't help but feel happy at the thought of Draco feeling so safe with him. It was something he had been working on for a while, so to know he made Draco feel comfortable enough to invite him to Lupin's office was a huge step.

"We'll wait out here" Lupin said, opening the bathroom door which was at the back of his office. "Okay" Draco said again, taking himself into the bathroom and locking the door behind him.

Draco roughly pulled his nappy down and sat himself on the toilet. He tried to force himself to have a wee, but nothing seemed to be working. He sat for long enough that Lupin began feeling slightly concerned.

"Draco, is everything alright in there?" Lupin asked through the door. "I can't do it" Draco sighed back, still trying to make himself have a wee. "If you don't need to go that okay" Lupin reassured Draco. He knew Draco was trying his best, so he didn't want to push it any further.

Draco sat for another few seconds before giving up. He was disappointed in himself. Having a wee should be something he found easy, but he found himself struggling more often than he would've liked. He then went to pull his nappy back up before he realised that the tapes on the right side had come loose. He aimlessly tried to put them back in the right place, but found himself unable to.

"Okay Draco, thank you for trying" Lupin spoke through the door again, signalling for Draco to come out. "I-I can't come o-out" Draco stuttered, fiddling with his nappy tapes. "Yes you can. It's okay that you didn't have a wee" Lupin encouraged, not actually understanding the situation Draco was in. "I need help" Draco admitted sadly. Lupin looked at Blaise, slightly confused. "Can you unlock the door" Lupin said after trying the handle and the door not opening.

Slowly Draco unlocked the door, then ran back to the toilet and sat back down. Lupin came in, looking at Draco to try and see what he needed help with. "My nappy" Draco sighed, pointing down. "Is it wet?" Lupin asked cluelessly. Draco shook his head, embarrassed by the fact he couldn't even put it on himself. "I can't put it back on" Draco admitted. "I see. Come and lie down and I can help" Lupin instructed.

Draco did as he was told and lay himself down on the bathroom floor. Lupin the picked the nappy up and tried to fix it. "Sweetheart, these tapes aren't sticky anymore" Lupin said as he tried to retape the nappy. "Do you have any spare nappies in your backpack" Lupin asked, picking Draco's backpack up and unzipping it. All Draco had inside were books, his quill and some ink - no nappies. "Blaise, would you be able to do me a big favour and go and find Snape and ask him for a new nappy?" Lupin asked. Blaise nodded, and quickly headed in the direction of Snape's classroom.
