Draco ambled back to his dormitory in the dungeons with a heavy feeling in his heart. He was completely embarrassed by the fact he had wet himself again in front of Snape and he was growing increasingly more worried as he was seemingly losing control of his bladder rapidly. He opened his dormitory door, hoping the room would be empty so he would be able to change out of his still wet clothes in peace, but sat across from the door was Blaise. Draco stopped and held his breath, trying to read Blaise's face as to whether he had noticed his wet clothes or not.

"Did Snape give you a hard time?" Blaise said, noticing how upset Draco looked. "Yeah. He made me read from the textbook for ages" Draco sighed, trying to sound as relaxed as he could, given the situation. "Did you get round to seeing Madame Pomfrey?" Blaise asked, remembering how Draco's tummy was hurting earlier in the day. As he asked he glanced down at Draco's waist, but he immediately clocked his wet pants. "Oh" Blaise said softly before Draco could even reply to his question.

Draco swallowed harshly, not knowing what else to do. A new wave of embarrassment flooded over him as his face flushed a bright pink colour which dramatically contrasted with the white of his hair. "Go and have a shower, you'll feel better afterwards" Blaise smiled, handing Draco his towel. Draco took his towel gratefully and without a word he headed for the bathroom.

He was gone for around 20 minutes when he walked back into his dormitory, his towel tied around his waist, his wet clothes in his hand. He tossed the clothes into the washing basket next to his bed then sat himself down. "Want to talk about it?" Blaise asked, his voice kind and friendly. "Not really" Draco frowned, still completely embarrassed. "Please?" Blaise encouraged, wanting to understand why Draco had been having so many accidents recently.

"Look, when I fell off my broom that other day during the quidditch match I fell really hard on my tummy. At first Madame Pomfrey thought they were just bruises but when she healed those it didn't stop hurting. Sometimes I can't tell if I need to go to the toilet or not now, but I really am working on it so it should be fixed soon" Draco said quickly, his voice rushed as he tripped over his words. "You know that's okay, right? Like it isn't your fault at all" Blaise said concerned. "Yes it is, Madame Pomfrey healed the bruises so I should be fine" Draco said sadly. "But, clearly it's more than just bruises, so it isn't your fault you got hurt" Blaise continued to try and reassure Draco.

Draco raised his eyes from staring at the floor so he was looking Blaise in the eye. "I'm just really embarrassed" Draco sighed. "I know, I cant imagine how you must be feeling. But, I want you to know that you can always talk to me, I won't judge you or make fun of you" Blaise smiled. "Thanks" Draco said, a weak smile spreading across his otherwise solum looking face. "Did Madame Pomfrey say anything about how she was going to help?" Blaise asked. "Not really, just to go to the bathroom as much as I can and try not to hold it in" Draco said, embarrassment setting in once again. "Okay, cool, you can do that easy" Blaise said confidently, but Draco wasn't so sure.

The evening went by smoothly. Blaise and Draco worked on their herbology homework until Crabbe and Goyle met them to go to dinner. All four boys were walking into the great hall when they were intercepted by Snape. "Draco, a word" he said dryly, not wanting to arouse any suspicion from the other boys. Draco followed in the direction of Snape, gesturing for his friends to go on without him.

Once away from the rest of the students. Snape began to speak to Draco more kindly. "I just wanted to check how you were feeling. How is your tummy?" Snape asked Draco. "It's okay" Draco said bluntly, not particularly wanting to get into an emotional conversation with Snape in the middle of the corridor. "I'm going to need you to try and make an extra effort to go to the toilet more regularly if you're going to start feeling better, okay?" Snape asked more sternly this time. "I'm trying" Draco said quite sadly. "Well, you need to try harder" Snape said, raising his eyebrows. Draco nodded, feeling too emotional to speak at this point. "Now go and get some dinner and an early night" Snape ordered, pointing in the direction of the great hall.
