*****Judy and Ed have been stumped about what to do for Lorraine for Mother's Day, this one shot is about what they brainstorm! There is no set POV, enjoy!****
"What if we get flowers for her? It's simple, but it can go a long way!" Judy suggests." Hm, I like it. The thing is your mother is an extraordinary person and deserves a lot more than just flowers." Ed says." So are you saying we should go bigger and better?" Judy asks, he nods." We could do a spa for her? She is probably really tense from the baby." Judy says." That would be perfect, but your mom doesn't like the idea of massages. It freaks her out. How about a baby spree?" Ed says." It isn't ideal, the baby shower is coming up." Judy and Ed continued to brainstorm, then ." I have the perfect idea! You know how your mom's favorite place is the gazebo?" Judy nods as the idea clicks.
A Hour later..
"Can I at least get a hint of where we are going?" Lorraine asks in amusement." It wouldn't be a surprise if you knew, would it now?" Judy says mischievously."Just a few more steps...here!" Ed removes his hands to reveal a beautifully decorated gazebo with picnic food." Oh, this is so beautiful! Did you guys do this just for me? You didn't have to! I would've been fine with flowers and Benadryl." She says with a wide smile across her face." Words cannot describe how much we appreciate you for keeping this family together, let alone grow another member. Happy Mother's Day, love." Ed says as he kisses her shoulder." I love you two so much. I'm grateful we have such a wonderful family." She smiled even harder. They spent the time bonding with each other, grateful for this family presence.
**A/N Hope you enjoyed this! I will update on the regular story as soon as possible! But for right now, I wanted to showcase how Lorraine celebrated Mother's Day!
