Chapter 1 the truth

(Hi so this is going to be the same idea as AN EXPECTED BETRAYAL. But I'm going to do it a bit differently hope you all enjoy. This happens during Arthurs time at Xurus academy.)

Arthur Leywin POV

Today was the day I was finally going to tell everybody how I truly am. I had gathered everybody I wanted to know in a meeting room at Xurus academy. The ones currently in the room where my Parents and Ellie, the Helstea, the twin horns, the DC officers, Elijah, Director Goodsyk, Alduin and Merial Earlith, Virion and Tess.

I had just entered the large meeting room Sylvie on my shoulder. I had put a sound barrier around the room so no one from outside could here.

"Get along with-it brat we haven't got all day" Virion said with his normal Goofy smile.

"Yes, honey why did you call us all here today is everything okay with you" my mother spoke in her normal worried tone I would hear every time I came home.

"No every think is okay mum I just have something to tell you all...... as you probably all know I keep many secrets but there is one among them all I've been dreading telling you all. I spoke in a more anxious voice then I wanted to sound.

"If you don't want to tell us you don't have to Art, we know you, do it to keep us safe" my father said in a caring voice.

"No, you all need to know this you deserve the truth. You need to know abought, how I was before coming to this world." I spoke with more conviction than last time.

2 hours later

"Oh, what a great joke Art, you nearly got us there" my mother said in a worried voice wiles looking at me with eyes telling me to say this was a joke.

I averted my eyes from hers.

"ARTHUR LEYWIN, you tell me this is a joke you ca you can't be some king from another world" she said in a loud voice which slowly got quieter.

As I looked around, I saw the faces of everyone some looked in shock some looked neutral some angry. The person who my eyes seemed to draw to was Tess she looked down her bangs stopping me from seeing her face.

As I looked back up my eyes went back to my parents. My father had blood shot eyes throwing daggers at me.

"So, if you reincarnated what happened to the one who would of been our son...... did you kill him Grey." he said in a spiteful tone.

It hurt me to be called that looking back up my mother was walking to me I was hoping she would hug me to say I was still their son that she loved me but when she approached close enough, she slapped me. It didn't hurt not physically but emotionally it killed me.

"Give my sons body back, GIVE HIM BACK TO ME." my mother screamed in my face wiles crying

Gramps got up and graded her arm leading her back to her seat. As I focused on gramps, he seemed like he was fine but even so I could tell he was at least a little angry.

"why" said the voice next to me it was Tess that spoke.

"Where my emotions a joke to you. Was the love I had towards you nothing to you was it a joke, did you just get close to me for the title of king." Tess Shouted.

"Please, Tess I lo..." she interrupted me

"No, you don't get to call me that, its Tessia to you now. No Princess Tessia, I let Arthur Leywin call me Tess not Grey." she said in a hateful tone.

Everyone was looking at me with fear, hate and so many other emotions I couldn't figure out. After that I got up from my seat and walked out the door without saying a word.

"CLICK"

As I left, I heard sobs coming from the room as I lowered the sound barrier.

I walked along the corridor it was empty now as it was getting pretty late. I walked along the corridor with Sylv on my head.

"Papa why did mama shout at you, did you do something wrong go and apologise to mama now." Sylvie said in a worried tone throw are mental link. 

"Sorry Sylv it's not that simple.... Hey Sylv I'm going to go away for a while do you want to go stay with mama" I asked her.

"Yeah, I love staying with mama but . . . where is papa going to go will papa leave Sylvie." she asked going from excited to worried in a few seconds.

"No Sylv I just need to be alone for a while I'll let you know if anything goes wrong, and you can come and get me straight away." I told her.

"Ok papa I'll stay with mama for a while just tell me if anything goes wrong." she said

"Good girl ill drop you off." I spoke.

I just got to Tess's room are I should probably just call her Tessia now. I jumped throw the open window wiles using mana to boost my jump. Sylv was now asleep on my head when we got there, I gentle took my surrogate daughter off my head and put her on the white sheets on Tessia's bed.

As I looked around the immaculate room, I took notice of how clean it was thanks to the maids that looked after the dorms for the student council. I picked up a pen and paper I wrote a letter for Tessia,

Dear Tessia

I'm sorry for not telling you my secret Sonner. I never used you for your throne I truly do love you, but I do understand how you feel abought this. I never told you because I wanted to feel the warmth of a family for even just a little while longer. As it was something I never used to have in my past life. I'm leaving Sylv in your care for a while please look after her. She doesn't understand fully what is happening so please do look after her, she cares for you, funny enough, she actually calls you mama.

Goodbye Tessia, I love you, sincerely Arthur Leywin.

I put the paper next to the sleeping Sylvie and jumped back out the window. I went to my room packed the bare minimum then heading towards the Helstea mansion quickly getting my adventure stuff and heading towards the adventures guild.

I took another rank exam instantly taking down the AA rank examine earning myself AA rank. I bought my supplies and headed to the beast glades.
