Tessia Earlith POV

3 years later

It's been a whole three years since Art left to train. Not once have I heard how he is doing every time I asked, I would be told the same thing "He'll be done when he's done." I was currently in a dungeon with my squadron we were all sitting next to a large fire waiting for food to be ready. It had now been two years since the war started the council had started demanding that all dungeons be cleared of all mana beasts to stop Alacrya's attacks. It had taken a long time of convincing, but I finally manged to get my parents and Grandpa to let me take part in the war. Since that time, I had been placed in dungeons to take out the mutated mana beasts.

The people in my team are Ceria, Dravus and Stannard we are part of a larger team called the trailblazers. I am the leader of our small group; I was lost in thought when I heard Ceria speak to me.

"Hey Tessia you listening."

"What, yes what did you say again." I answered.

"You're thinking of him again aren't you." she asked.

"Yeah, it's been so long since I last saw Arthur and there are things, I want to say to him." I answered, I still couldn't believe it has been three years since me and Arthur had last meet and I truly missed him their where still things I needed to apologize for.

"Jesus Christ you really can't forget abought that boy for five minutes honestly, I don't believe he is as powerful as you make him out to be, a light silver core mage at the age of thirteen that's impossible." Darvus said as I looked over to him.

Darvus was a human he had wild hair that was even more rugged then normal as we had all been staying in this dungeon for a few months now, he had a sharp face and would probably be seen as handsome if it wasn't for his unkept appearance and his self-inflated attitude. He was from a famous noble house, the Clarell family his father sent him to the war as his brother took the future title of head of the house.

The next member is Ceria how was part of the Rede family a family how had served the Clarell family for generations. She was just as head strong as Darvus but was able to stop some of his perverted behaviour as she was his childhood friend and would beat him up any chance she got. Ceria was a few years older than me but had the appearance of a thirteen year old girl. After her family failed to produce any male members, she was raised to be Darvus's guard and was forced to come when he was sent to be part of the war. After a few months of being here she admitted to me that she is madly in love with her childhood friend, but he only saw her as a little girl, that always reminded me of a certain somebody.

The last member was Stannard Berwick he is also a human but was from a modest background he is nineteen years old. He was blond hair and pale blue eyes he had a small stature which always made him the perfect target for teasing form Darvus how would always call him "Petite" our "Somebody how can pass as a ten year old." He was a lot weaker than the rest of us physically but makes up for it in his unique power to put a spell in a beast core and fire it from a crossbow like weapon.

I then went up to the small pot of food staring it a bit more before distributing it between everyone. I had prepared a simple soup as we couldn't have much else down in the dungeon with the limited storage and not having the means to keep certain foods like meat and other things.

Wiles eating, I heard the captain begin the shout his orders.

"ALL LEDERS PRPARE YOUR TEAMS WE ENTER THE BOSS ROOM IN THIRY MINUTES." as soon as he spoke all the teams got up putting on their armour and collecting their weapons. I heard a voice calling me from behind.

"Well, if it isn't princess Tessia, long time no see." I looked behind me to see Helen from the twin horns behind me with the rest of the party following behind her.
