On music apps like StarMaker, Smule, Karaoke, etc. does it ever annoy you that you hear someone, and it sounds like nails scraping against a chalkboard (like legit, no cap), and then you go to their comments and look, and literally everyone is like "OMG your voice is amazing" and like "Wow, you're so on-pitch". Like, if I sounded terrible, I'd want you to tell me. I'd tell you. Depending on who it is, I might say it nicely or not... (XD joking).
This one's for all my piano, band, and orchestra kids out there. Do you ever hate when there's a piece of music that you really really wanna play, but it sounds really bad, so you check the key signature, and you missed the fact that the song had FIVE FLATS. FIVE. THAT'S FIVE TOO MANY. So you have to sit there for like an hour figuring out how to play it with all the dang flats. I so hate that.
So this is for all my Broadway, musical theater kids. So, choir kids, this isn't for you, lol. Does it ever annoy you when the note you're supposed to sing is way up there, so you have to sit there trying to decide whether to strain your voice and risk a bajillion voice cracks, and hit it in chest voice, or not strain your voice and sound 'meh' and hit it in head voice? Just a pet peeve of mine with Broadway music.
