THIRD PERSON'S POV

Kook was shifting from where he sat, he was contemplating weather to ask his mom about his dad, if he never told him until now then maybe he didn't want him to know from the beginning. He curiously was getting out of hand that he never touched his food even though it was his favorite.

Jimin had noticed his kid was hesitant about something so he tried to read him, narrowing his eyes he tried hard to get into him "mom we all know it's never gonna work" Kookmin sigh 'its so hard to get through him' he sigh in defeat. That was Kookmin's specialty every mermaid and merman can read each other even though they block out some thoughts it was nearly impossible to block everything but this kid could do wonders, even Jimin himself cant get through him even though how much he tried but he was happy he was discovering his powers slowly but slowly which made him smile ' I wonder what his twin got' he gaps as he said it out loud 'shit' he cursed looking anywhere else but his eyes. Kookmin's eyes were wide open when he heard his mom's thoughts 'shit.....I heard that from the people on land, but twin?' he thoughts "twin?" he asked, Jimin knew he won't stop asking about it not until he tells him about it "Jungmin....." he replied making Kookmin look at him with a questioning gaze "what about Jungmin....oh" he realized later.

"She is your twin, she looks lot like me and you look alot like your ..." He paused thinking it was too soon to say everything "like my dad" Kookmin added making Jimin gulp "y..yeah" he says. "But you are still twins, you were the greatest miracle that ever happened to me and your dad, we were lucky to have both of you" Jimin said honestly but Kookmin got more curious "then why is it me and you where are they?" He asked innocently making Jimin sigh defeated "I ..I..." he was cut off by Lisa who had come in "Your parents need you Jimin_ah" Lisa smiles, the two were close and he thought there was no need for formalities "Kookmin I will explain later ok ..." he kissed his forehead and turned to Lisa "I will take care of our little prince" she smiled and Jimin smiled too "thanks" with that he swam away heading to the big hall.

This hall was specially for grand celebrations and welcoming in the guests so he was a bit curious why it had to be there maybe there was an urgent matter with the more he got closer the more he got curious as he saw some other guards never he saw before they politely bow to him and he nods heading to where his parents were.

When he reached he saw his parents laughing with someone who had his back turned to him so he couldn't see his face. Even from from his back he was literally shinning as the jewelries he had on made him shine brighter 'my eyes' he blinked a few more times. Who was he, his tail was glittering gold and it was beautiful he admitted. "Hey..." he says coming forward, the golden man stood and turned to him "Hi..." he smiled at him.

Jimin wouldn't deny that this man was very beautiful in his own way, his silver hair made him stand out more and the jewelries he worn made him brighter. "Am Minjae by the way" he showed him his hand for a handshake "nice to meet you I guess you already know me" Jimin never bothered to introduced himself, everyone knows him.

They both took a sit and his father spoke "He is the prince of Hwarang Kingdom" Jimin narrowed his eyes, this kingdom was well known for its large army and source of Jewelry, for them it was something easy to get not like Hangul which never had and speaking of it's soldiers who were less, because of the previous war which trapped them, Jimin until now regrets for being so stupid to get themselves trapped he still regrets for acting rashly but whatever happened could be changed. 'no wonder he is so shinny' Jimin thought as he tried not to smile, but he felt different 'what is with his aura...' he doubted he couldn't make out if it were a good or bad.

"So what is a prince doing here?" he asked as the said person smile at him making Jimin blush, he quickly looked away to hide the blush 'why am I acting this way, no one ever made me feel this way' he mentally scold. Even after all those years Jimin never dated..... *cough* mated with anyone which is supposed to be a woman, for heavens sake he likes men, in fact only one man no one else all because they never made him feel like how Jungkook made him feel, he really wants to move on but seems it will be harder than he thinks, he knows maybe Jungkook moved on and long forgotten about him so.....he needed to do the same.

"Be my mate" this statement caught him off guard that he choked on his own saliva, he turned to him wide eyed and he breathe in to calm himself so not to say anything bad, "My answers will always be the....." a shiny light appeared from the red necklace that Minjae was wearing making Jimin speechless 'what is that?' he asked himself and finally came back to reality "why do you want to be my mate what are the gains?" he asks face void of any emotions he pretty knows well If he even smiles he will get a wrong idea.

"I will offer you my men to fight that one enemy you've been fighting with the rest of the years, I can help you get stronger and we both can double our armies and fight him besides I will be a dad to Kookmin he won't ever have to feel dadless, me and you can collaborate do you know how strong we could be?" he ask confidently this made Jimin speechless for a while as he thinks deeply.

"Hey how do you know all that?" Jimin ask dumbfounded and Minjae smirk "why would I want you be my mate if I didnt know about you?" he ask back raising a brow.

Well Jimin didn't really mind about his life he admits that this is the first guy that had the guts to come and propose to him the rest always chickened out they can't even meet his parents yet again what he said made him think even more he was right Jimin needed more soldiers as his most of them died in that stupid war only to lose in the end he really wants to get revenge that bad that he wouldn't have second thoughts to m...mate.....with him since he lost his loved one he really doesn't even have any dreams for his life all he wants to do is raise Kookmin with love and affection make him feel complete but about himself.... he never really had any plans but this was the first person who made his small ray of hope to light up again...

He stood up and said "it's a deal then"....Minjae also stood up looking at him in shock as well as his parents they never expected him to agree because he always disagrees "what do you mean?" his parents ask as if they don't know what he means, they just want to hear it again "I mean I will be your mate but after you help me"Minjae looks at him confidently "don't worry I have already planned everything we are going for war you just need to tell us when" Jimin was really shocked "you really did plan everything?" he ask not sure "before coming here I made sure to handle everything only you were the remaining piece" he says "well then what are we waiting for let's get this started" he beams he has never been happy like this day, Minjae was also proud of his big step he was just regretting why he never did it earlier he smiled to his accomplishments inside he was just screaming of happiness but from outside he remained calm as he smiled seeing how Jimin was happy with everything 'so adorable' he thought.

'I really don't care about myself if I'm able to fight him then I'm willing to do anything for it to happen I'm coming for you' he even smirked devilishly and one could say he was the devil the way his eyes turned he surely looks like a devil but he was actually happy that he was willing to be a devil to kill a devil now that it was happening it was time to attack again with force and this time no mistakes, even though he wasn't sure about victory at least he will make sure to scar him.
