THIRD PERSON'S POV

Kookmin having swam through the deep blue ocean he finally made it to the pond the same secret passage pond only him and Lisa knew. If his mother found out he always sneaked out to go there he is in deep trouble but it's too late now he already made up his mind he is going to look for his other family members "don't worry mom I will make sure the four of us will be together again" he smiled, he had a big shell he carried which had some of the things he thought would help him act as a clue to find his dad and twin.

And most importantly some pearls, Lisa actually taught him a lot of other things things like those pearls were worth some money which people on land used maybe Lisa knew he would actually come to land or maybe not he also doesn't know.

Having carefully swam through the deep blue sea no one knew he wasn't around not even meeting him on his way he was thankful for that so that when his mother finds out later he will be far away he isn't doing this to worry his mum he just thinks maybe his mum should bond back together. After the war he saw how his mum was really wounded he was worried when he didn't wake up for the past 4 days and to his side he really needed to find his dad ASAP "I'm sorry mum that I'm going to do this without telling you hope you don't be angry at me" those were the last words he said to the sleeping figure on the seaweed bed before disappearing.

It was evening so most kids had already gone back home and just a few but they were far from the pond since no one allowed them to go near it.

He sat on the rock contemplating how he would get out of there first his tail he needed to hide it but again he can't walk with a tail but who will help him knowing he was just another fish there always bad people around so he should be careful but he is confused right now of what he should do, he should have thought twice coming but there was nothing that's going to make him change his mind.

"How does Lisa get back her legs?" he asked no one particular the two used to hang out together more often seeing Lisa get out of the water always stand at that instant looked more like other land people so he was confused why he wasn't turning 'is there some kind of spell?' he thought when he looked up he spotted a familiar girl "oh that's Jungmin" he became happy seeing her as if she felt the stare she turned to the pond and their eyes met it's like the two communicating with their eyes Jungmin couldn't stop the smile which formed on her lips hurriedly she ran to the pond.

"Hey Jungmin wait!".....Nammin called her but she already ran off so she followed her behind "hey you two don't leave us here" the three twins complained also running after them.

Jungmin froze where she had stopped a little bit far from Kookmin she was surprised by what she saw it was the first time Kookmin had actually came out of the water he was sitting on the green grass as his tail was reflected by the warm sun making it shine.

Kookmin was starting to panic he never meant to make her afraid "does it look that bad?" he innocently asked "it's beautiful" Jungmin's eyes were sparkling the sight made her speechless the other was shocked he thought he scared her but no.... she was happy to see something like that "can I touch your tail?" she asked, the other couldn't help than smile "yeah sure,....feel it", Jungmin slowly approached him only to be held back by Nammin who was panting "You sure do ran very fast....."she huffed ...

"Why were y... whoa!!" she was surprised too "it's amazing!" she didn't even blink the three behind her were even more shocked "oh my God are you a fish?" Hee Young asked cutely.

Kookmin thought they would be scared but the five of them had their eyes sparkling "can we touch?" it was now Nammin who was asking "you can" Kookmin replied.

The five kids carefully felt the fishtail the feeling felt amazing they're still kids as long as it looks beautiful in their eyes they have no more questions about it they didn't even have time to think how it was possible they were just lost in the beauty "can you guys help me?" Kookmin asked.

"Actually I ran away from home it is a very long story but can you help me take me out of here I can't really walk with my tail ...please... anything" Jungmin held his trembling shoulder "don't worry we got you everyone listen to my plan" this girl was indeed very smart her plan was actually amazing how could a kid like her think so big.

When the driver arrived he stood out of the big van waiting for the five kids but this time the two twins are the one who came, Hee Young and Ha_Yun "hey driver uncle" "oh my what did you eat today why are you acting all cute?" "Oh come on we did a lot of things, we did this... and that....." the conversation continued as the remaining three helped and carried Kookmin to the back of the van, Hanuel stood as a guard to make sure no-one was watching Nammin and Jungmin finally brought Kookmin in and covered him "don't make any noise okay?" the other nodded and hid, "where are the others?" they heard the driver ask "here we are" the three of them came from behind the van "ok it's time to go home" they all smiled at each other and climbed in, the driver thought maybe today these five were acting weird but he shrugged it off 'maybe they just had a fun day..... maybe' and like that he took the wheel and drove off as the five sigh in relief.

"He's not here" Tae says in frustration "not here either" Minjae adds "he is not anywhere to be seen this is not good" Jimin was panicking "in fact I can't feel him, that only explains one thing he is not in hangul not in water Oh my god could he have gone up?" he shook his head and that's when Lisa came in

"Your thoughts are true I'm afraid he actually went up forgive me but the two of us usually sometimes sneaked out and went to the shore but believe me he never got out of the water I don't know what happened this time" Lisa says guilty.

Jimin had lost it "why didn't you tell me such a thing Lisa how could you take him up there despite knowing whatever that happened" she didn't dare say anything angry Jimin was not simple to deal with.

He sigh and looked up "we can't waste any more time we are to go right now" he made his decision final "but your wounds you haven't healed yet" Tae try to reason "these ones are never going to heal anyway so what's the point of waiting them to heal my baby is up there and he doesn't know anyone what if he gets in trouble I'm sorry but if you don't want to come I'm going alone", Tae had no choice than to accept "are you following me or not? you are deciding to remain?" the two quickly ran to him it was final time to go up again, there was nothing that kept him back here anymore but before he could go any further his parents were in front of him.

"Mum dad I guess it's final time that I'm going back and this time I'm going for a good cause I'm afraid maybe this might be the last time we meet I don't think I can make it yet and come back I hope you understand" the two parents were sad they just embraced their kid without saying anything "I'm sorry all this had to happen" his mum sobbed "we love you kid we didn't want anything to end up like this" his dad added he couldn't help himself than sob too "I'm sorry to make you guys cry maybe this was bound to happen" he apologized "promise me you won't cry after this?" he looked at them in the eyes it's seemed like a final goodbye which indeed it was because he doesn't have that much of a time "we promise but not entirely" his dad had the nerve to joke right now "Dad this is serious" he deadpanned "just go and fulfill the one promise that you ever wanted to get fulfilled just know you have our blessings and we love you" they hugged again and finally let go just when they had reunited maybe for a few years and again they are going to separate this was hard to even think about it, with a heavy heart the three finally swam off to the shores it was time to face the land crisis.
