The battle between the Elementals and Null robots began, with Steve charging the AI with his equipped Orichalcum armor and sword, while Neos and Sub launched their own barrage of fireballs and ice shards respectively. Even though the trio was making little leeway, they weren't backing down, as they were managing to push the robots back slowly.

Neos: Why the hell are these things so much faster than before?!

Sub: Herobrine probably upgraded them a little bit since we left the city!

Neos: Was how they originally were not good enough for him?!

Steve: Well, we were able to escape, after all! Guess he figured the extra precaution was better than risking that happening again!

Neos: Well either way, that doesn't make this more understanding! We're wearing ourselves out while these things just keep coming!

???: Then let us help!

The robot surrounded trio turned to see who it was that just yelled at them, and what they saw made them so happy, they each nearly shed a tear simultaneously. The voice turned out to be that of Xander's, who was charging the robots that surrounded the group along with what seemed like Como's entire army. Not wasting any time, the Comonian soldiers engaged the Null robots, attacking them from all sides on the outer region of their numbers as the Elementals attacked in the center. As the fighting raged on, Steve and Xander met in the middle while the others fought off the robots to gain a quick understanding of the situation.

Steve: So, you have a change of heart?

Xander: Not in the slightest. I have no intention of sparing the lives of my soldiers to retake your home, but there's no limit to what we'll sacrifice for our's.

Steve: Ya know what, given the circumstances, I don't even care right now. Let's just focus on wiping these guys out.

Xander: No, we'll focus on wiping these guys out. You need to get your ass out of here.

Steve: Wait, what?

Xander: You heard me. These things want you, so you get as far away from here as possible.

Steve: Hold on a minute, I can't just leave you all here.

Neos: Steve, it's alright. We'll take it from here.

Steve turned to Neos, who had just chimed into the conversation, and Sub, who was standing alongside him.

Steve: But guys-

Sub: Trust us, man, we've got this. You just focus on getting the hell outta dodge.

Neos: Exactly. If what Herobrine wants is the Delta element, then keeping it here only makes things tougher. Just go.

Steve: But-

Neos: I said go! Keep in mind, Steven, I was your older brother before you were mine, so shut up and go!

Steve: I... Ok... Thanks, you guys.

Without saying another word, Steve turned away from the action and began gunning for the forest hills in the opposite direction of the fighting, and although the thought of leaving his friend and brother sickened him, he knew he had to trust them.

Steve: Please be ok, you two. Don't you dare die on me.

As Steve made his way to the forest borders, one of the Null robots involved in the fighting against the Elementals and Comonians pinpointed where he was heading, which sent a signal to the main computer at the top of Infinity Tower. The signal caused a slight beeping noise to be made, with the beeping being joined by a slowly moving red dot on the computer's giant center screen. The information caused Herobrine to begin laughing to himself, which gave Grimmus a feeling that whatever was happening wasn't good.

Grimmus: So, you gonna tell me what's happening, or are you gonna continue to leave me in the dark?

Herobrine: Well, I don't see why I can't tell you. I mean, it's not like you can do anything about it.

After Herobrine spoke, Grimmus noticed four Null robots make their way past the chair he remained stuck in, but what really caught his attention was the massive case one of them was carrying.

Grimmus: What the hell's in that?

Herobrine: Oh, the case? Well, you see, I was doing some thinking, and as badly as I want to be freed, I would lose the army I've created upon being released. So, I had a little solution prepared.

Grimmus sat confused at what Herobrine meant, only to see the object inside the case was a replica of the hard drive Infinity Tower's main computer held. Insanely concerned about what Herobrine could be up to, Grimmus watched as the Null robots plugged the new hard drive into the computer and began transferring the corrupted data of Herobrine's consciousness into the new hard drive.

Herobrine: You're a smart man, Grimmus, which is why you should understand why I'm not all for giving you an entire army that I've spent all this time building. It's nothing personal, I promise you, it's just a... "business decision."

Grimmus: Wait, so you're going to transfer your consciousness from the main computer just so no one can have access to the Null robots? That's foolish. What'll stop you from being deleted?

What Grimmus didn't realize until concluding his sentence was that he should've bitten his tongue, for after he finished speaking, he noticed that the transfer had been completed and the Null robots that had brought in the new hard drive were still fully active.

Grimmus: Wait a minute... Wh-what did you do?

Herobrine: I told you already. This is simply a solution to the predicament I was in. See, thanks to my existence being within the code that this city runs on, as long as you're unable to disable them, the Null robots are incapable of being removed from my control. That's why I'm removing my consciousness from the main computer. Plus, it makes it practically impossible for you to delete me, so great news all around.. for me.

Grimmus: Wh-what? What the hell do you mean by that?! Tell me!

Herobrine: Oh, quit your whining. At least I'll be out of your hair. It's honestly too bad. I thought we were beginning to bond a bit. Well, on that note, I must take my leave. My flight is waiting on me, and I must pick up an associate of mine.

Grimmus: An associate? What the hell are you talking about?

Herobrine: I guess you'll just have to wait and see like everyone else. It's been fun, Grimmus. See ya later.. maybe. Oh, and I went ahead and took it upon myself to pack the suit you designed for Steve with me. It's not like he's gonna be needing it.

Grimmus: You're not getting away with this.

Herobrine: That's just it, Grimmus... I already have.

Without wasting another moment, the Null robot finished unplugging the replica hard drive from the computer, packing it back in the case they brought it inside of, before exiting the room. As they exited, the cuffs on Grimmus' chair opened, allowing Grimmus the ability to rush to the computer and begin trying to figure out what Herobrine was referring to as an associate before noticing an enormous energy reading show up uncomfortably close to Steve's energy reading.

Grimmus: Oh no... I... I'm too late...
