As Steve, Neos, and Sub all remained seated at the giant round table in the middle of the room, Grimmus was still hard at work on his computer.

Neos: Man, I don't know about you guys, but I'm starving. You guys wanna go grab something to eat?

Sub: Actually, now that you mention it, I'm a little hungry myself.

Steve: Yeah, I could use a bite.

Neos: Alright. You guys feeling pizza? We can get it delivered.

Sub: Yeah, but don't get any of that pineapple crap. It's freaking disgusting.

Neos: Oh, come on! You just won't give it a chance!

Steve couldn't help but smile at the sight of the group he loved so dearly being able to act carefree once again.

Grimmus: Hey Steve, could you come over here for a sec?

Steve: Oh, uhh, sure thing.

Steve slowly stood from the giant round table he, Neos, and Sub were seated at and made his way over to Grimmus, who was still doing his thing at his gigantic supercomputer.

Steve: What is it?

Grimmus: I know you probably don't wanna hear about this right now, but.. I've been doing some research into things, and I think I have an idea why you're different from Herobrine in terms of your powers.

Steve's eyes widened at the words he had just heard, as he was quickly reminded of everything he had done two and a half years ago. All the memories he tried so hard to forget began flooding back into his mind without a moment of peace.

Steve: Wh-what about it then? Why am I different?

Grimmus: Well, you and Herobrine had the same powers, but for some reason, yours were far superior to his in every way. So, after realizing that, I spent some time studying his blood, and I noticed a key difference between his and your's.

Steve: What's that?

Grimmus: There were fragments of concentrated dark matter flowing within his bloodstream. It was almost as if his body was creating it; however, your blood showed no signs of dark matter. That leads me to believe that maybe the reason you were so much stronger than him in your Hero form was because you both carry dark matter differently.

Steve: Ok, now I'm really confused. How can we carry a type of matter differently?

Grimmus: Well, once again, it seems like dark matter, like the elemental powers, is simply something that exists outside of the limits of science. Turns out most forms of matter are nothing more than a variation of dark matter; however, I believe the variation of dark matter that makes you a Hero exists beyond that of reality.

Steve: Wait, what? How can that be possible?

Grimmus: I don't know. That's my only guess as to why Herobrine's blood contained fragments of dark matter while your's had none. I believe that the dark matter that made him a Hero was apart of him physically, whereas the dark matter that makes you a Hero is apart of you spiritually.

Steve stood stunned, unable to figure out how to process what he had just heard. He deemed the newly found knowledge to be absurd; however, he didn't deem it to be impossible. Before he could even respond to the news though, something happened. Out of nowhere, the four men in the room, despite being on one of the top of floors of Infinity Tower, felt the ground multiple stories beneath them begin to rumble. Anxious to see what it was causing such a disturbance, Grimmus began to use his computer to send a drone through the city to see; meanwhile, Steve and the others darted over to the nearest window wall of the direction the rumbling seemed to be coming from, only for them to be greeted with the sight of multiple explosions and flashes of green light in the outer part of the city.
