Nola shifted around as she stirred awake. The plane was quiet still, she opened her eyes and was up against the side of the plane with someone laying behind her. Pierre had fallen asleep shortly after Nola, and throughout the flight they had shifted around and now Pierre was pressed up against the back of Nola, his head right behind hers, Nola could feel his breathe tickling her neck, his arm draped around waist, but he had a fairly firm grip on her, keeping her cuddled into him. She smiled, she was very comfortable.

"Oooh check out the lovebirds!" Nola jolted up not realising that anyone else was awake, Max was shouting. Pierre woke up to Nola jolting awake. Both of them as confused as each other
"Charles, you're little sister is getting soft" Lando said. They were all laughing. Nola rolled her eyes at them and got up, giving Pierre a smile before grabbing her bag on the way and went to the toilet to freshen up and change. Pierre was being grilled by Lando, Max and Alex for the scene they had witnessed.
"There's nothing to tell, we watched a movie and fell asleep" Pierre muttered, he looked over at Charles wondering if he was mad or annoyed but Charles just smiled at Pierre, it put him at ease.
Nola came back and took her seat opposite Pierre again, Pierre ran a hand through his hair trying to fix it a little, Nola saw the muscles in his arm flex as he did the action, again, a feeling stirred up in Nola at the sight.
Everyone else was already chatting away, there was a couple of hours left to fly and then they would be landing in Melbourne. Breakfast would be served shortly and Nola's belly growled in hunger.

"You good?" Charles spoke in Spanish. Nola and Charles were the only two that could speak it, Pierre didn't know barely any basics let alone understanding it as they spoke quickly, and the rest wouldn't have a clue
"I'm fine, I didn't mean to fall asleep like that"
"Don't worry about it, as long as you're okay" he said with a smirk
"Seriously, translation" Alex yelled laughing
"I said I wish these idiots would shut up" I said which made Charles laugh.
"You're lucky we're friends" Lando said
"Are we?" Nola joked, causing a cushion to be thrown her way from Lando.

Finally after the longest flight in the entire world, they had landed in Australia, Nola had never been so happy to get off a plane in all her life, she picked up her bag and put it over her shoulder and walked down the stairs off of the plane where the Australian sun hit her in the face, it was glorious. She followed Charles and Charlotte into one of the cars waiting and they went straight to their hotel. Pierre followed off the plane and got into his own car, he didn't want to make a big scene, so he text her.

Thanks for the cuddle x

Nola opened her phone when it buzzed and looked at the message, she still hadn't saved his number but she knew who it was. She smiled at it and tapped a quick reply. Melbourne was lovely, the drive to the hotel was long but Nola used the time to take in how different Australia was, it was massive for one, she loved the accent of the driver they had, Nola made a mental note to speak to Daniel more because the accent was great. She didn't know what they would be doing before the race, but thankfully Nola had Charlotte for this race week so the girls would be attached at the hip around the garage and paddock.
"So cuddling with Pierre?" Charlottes voice broke through the silence, Nola's head snapped round to face her, she was sitting opposite her in the car.
"I don't know what to tell you, we watched a movie and I fell asleep"
"Couldn't wipe the smile from his face" Charles added, Nola rolled her eyes at them both
"What day are we?" She quizzed, between the long flight and time difference she had no idea
"It's Monday today. Don't try and change the subject" Charles said. Again Nola rolled her eyes at her brother. All this eye rolling she was going to strain something
"What do you want me to say?" She asked him
"Charles just wants you to be happy" Charlotte said
"I know that, but I don't know what you expect from me? Shouldn't you be your normal overprotective self and prevent me from jumping into bed with your friend" Nola said hastily, feeling slightly frustrated, she knew it was from the jetlag. Charles' eyes widened and Nola realised what she had said. "Which hasn't happened by the way" She clarified laughing at his reaction
"Of course I want to protect you, but you've been in this shell for so long. Pierre is slowly breaking you out of it, we can all see that" he said calming down
"Well we can all thank Pierre and give him a knighthood can't we" Nola said sarcastically
"Just enjoy yourself, carefully, and do what you want to do. Stop paying attention to everyone else and what you think someone might say" Charlotte said. She'd been in this family for long enough, Nola knew she was coming from a nice place
"Everyone's giving their opinions so it's hard not to pay attention" Nola said, Charlotte nodded and leaned forward to squeeze her hand. Nola was frustrated with the constant questions on what every tiny thing meant with Pierre, and the frequent advice being thrown her way from everyone. Couldn't she just do what she wanted to do and in her own time?

The rest of the journey was silent as Nola continued looking out the window, taking in the scenery. Charles watched his sister, he wanted to speak to her but he didn't know what more he could say, he worried for her all the time and just wanted her to be happy. Nola noticed she was being watched by her brother but she didn't know what they wanted Nola to tell them. She would only regret forcing anything to see if she was okay with the prospect of moving on, Pierre was worth more than that. He was kind, caring and patient, he also was not bad looking. Not in the slightest, those piercing blue eyes would be the death of her, she knew it and she didn't want to hurt him. She already knew she liked him, that bit was obvious. She also knew that he liked her, if it weren't for him telling her so it was the fact that everyone else kept bringing it up.
