Nola is the younger sister of Monégasque formula one driver Charles.
Being close to her older brother means she now travels the world with him as he races in a Ferrari car, delve into the rollercoaster of events, emotions and trials of Nola.
"You'll never guess what?!!" Nola yelled at Pierre. Nola found Pierre outside the back of his garage, she had to be careful about entering just incase, they were a little funny about them things in F1, she had to sign all sorts of disclaimers, luckily for her, Pierre was just in the paddock as he came back from his track walk. He was on his way to do some media so Nola walked with him "What? Why are you so excited?" Pierre laughed at her, but he liked seeing her happy "Im going to model in Milan with Luisinha for a clothing line" Nola squealed. They had reached the media pen and Pierre stopped in his tracks, his PR manager, Layla giving him a look, Nola knew she couldn't take up too much of his time "You are joking? Really! That's amazing" Pierre said, he grabbed Nola in a massive hug, Pierre smiled she was practically buzzing with excitement, he was so proud of her. "I know!" Nola wanted to cry, she was so happy "Pierre, allez" Pierre pulled away and looked at his Layla "Give me 20 minutes, and I'll come back. Wait here?" Pierre said. Nola nodded and Pierre went off ahead as Nola wandered around in the sunshine. It was quiet in the paddock today, and it was nice.
"Right I've got to go apparently. But we're going to celebrate later. I'll get people together for it" Pierre said making Nola jump as she didn't hear him coming "Have I got to make appointments to speak to you now?" Nola sighed, she was annoyed because she wanted to talk to him, but he was so busy today which she understood, they were working. So was Charles, and she was so excited she wanted to tell them all "Oh Nola no of course not, just a busy day" Pierre sighed putting his arm round her "but I promise later you'll get to tell me all about it" "It's okay, I understand" "Don't be grumpy" Pierre said as he stopped Nola from walking. "I promise, you'll have my undivided attention when I'm finished" he told her. Nola nodded, Pierre leaned down and kissed her lips lightly before he was called away again. Nola sat down again, she decided to call Freya which got no answer, so she called her mum.
"Nola my angel, how are you?" "Mumma, I'm good. How are you?" Nola greeted her mother, she missed her so much, she was glad to be talking to her "All the better for hearing from you my sweet girl. What are you up to?" "I'm bored, everyone's busy" "Oh honey, how is Charles, and Pierre?" Pascale was happy to hear from her daughter, she missed her children so much when they weren't home "They're all good, work work and more work, but they're both well" "They're very talented young men" "They are" "So what do I owe the pleasure of this call mio caro?" "I've got some news mumma, some good news. But everyone is too busy" "That's what I'm for, what news? Tell me all about it?" "One of Charles' friends, Lando Norris" "Oh yes. Lando is lovely, what about him?" Pascale answered curiously, she liked Lando. "His girlfriend, she's a good friend of mine. Well she does modelling and things and she's recommended me to join her for a shoot for a clothing like in Milan" "Oh Nola! My goodness well done you. It's not any naked modelling is it?" Her mother gushed for her daughter, she was incredibly happy for her "Mumma! No, not at all" "I had to ask, but that's amazing. Well done, what an amazing opportunity. Do you get paid?" "Yes I do. They're paying me as well as paying for all my expensive, travel, accommodation. It's brilliant" "Miele well done, that's amazing. How exciting! Are you excited?" "I'm so excited mumma, I can't believe it. Luisinha recommended me, and they took a look at my social media and saw I had a good following which is great for their business and they like my look" "You are beautiful darling, I'm not surprised. I'm so happy for you mio caro" "Thank you madre" "Are you worried about it or anxious?" "I'm actually not. Luisinha will be with me the whole time travelling there and everything and I'm so excited and happy I haven't had time to feel worried" Nola smiled, she realised she hadn't worried at all and she was glad, grateful even that she could enjoy it and not be worrying about anything "That's good news honey, well done you!" "Oh mumma I have to go. Charles is calling me" Nola had seen her brother coming over as he called out her name "Okay honey, tell him I said hello and I love him" "I will mumma, I love you" "I love you to Nola, see you soon"
Charles smiled at his sister as she put down her phone and stood up to his level. "Mum said hello and she loves you" "Aww lovely, I'll text her later" "Are you finished for the day?" Nola asked her brother "I am indeed, Pierre's text about a dinner?" Charles asked as we walked to the Ferrari trailer "Oh he has" "Yeah he said it was a celebration" Charles smiled as he let his sister walk up the stairs in front of him. Nola turned to him as they walked to his room "Yeah" "Are you going to tell me or you going to continue smiling like an idiot?" Charles laughed. "Well.... you know Luisinha, Lando's girlfriend?" "Yeah?" "It's a modelling job, a clothing line, Milan, they want me to model for them. They said my social media is exactly what they're looking for, me and Luisinha" I gushed as I sat down on his bed "Nola! That's amazing!" Charles pulled his sister up and hugged her tight "what an opportunity! This is great!" He said. Charles' smile was so big as Nola pulled away from him, he was so pleased for her "I know! I'm so excited I can't wait!!" She yelled "When is it?" "After Monaco, we fly on Monday for a couple of days there to do it. All travel and things are covered and I'll be paid for it. It's going to be amazing" "Oh Nola I'm so happy for you! This is going to be amazing"
Nola was really happy as she got ready for dinner, she couldn't wait. Charles had chatted non stop about it on the way back, apparently Pierre had got everyone together for dinner, Carlos had organised a restaurant he knew well, and all the usual dinner guest were coming. Charles, Lando, Pierre, Alex, George, Max, Daniel, Carlos, obviously Nola herself, Carlos' girlfriend who was here, Nola hadn't met her yet but heard great things from the other girls.
