Delena's Miracle

Chapter 3/ A weekend at the cabin 1/3

Damon and elena had just parked outside the cabin.

Damon's POV

I pulled out my phone and frantically texted Caroline "you have left right?" She replied quickly with "yeah me and Jeremy left about 20 minutes ago, Jeremy didn't approve of some of your requests btw." "Well I asked you to help, Jeremy volunteered." I texted back and then put my phone in my pocket.

"Why are you still sat there? Come on I'm excited!"
Elena expressed. I smiled. I loved seeing her like this, So happy. I got out the car and she ran over to me.

Elena's POV

I ran over to him and grabbed his hand "lets go inside!" I said, tugging his arm. "Alright!" Damon cried. I vamp speeded to the door holding his hand.

"You have the key right?" 
"No...I thought you would have it!" Damon said anxiously
"I didn't even know I was coming here!" I shouted
He started laughing "calm down I'm kidding" he pulled out the key. I slapped his arm "that's not funny Damon!" But I couldn't hold in my laugh.

-End of Elena's POV-

-Damon opened up the door and followed elena inside-

-As soon as she walked in elena saw candles, rose petals and her favourite flowers on the table-

"Did you do this?" Elena smiled
"Well I planned it, Caroline and Jeremy set it up"
Elena looked even happier, she pulled Damon's head down and kissed him.

-Damon pulled his head away and they put their arms around each other-

"Wait until you see the bedroom"

-elena ran into the bedroom and saw silk sheets on the bed, more flower petals, more candles and a gift box with a card on-

-Damon followed in behind her-

-elena read the card that was on the box-

"To elena,
Enjoy your weekend, a little pressie in the box.
-Care

"It's from Caroline" Elena told Damon

-Damon walked over to elena and hugged her from behind and kissed her head-

"I'm going to make us some food" he said in between kisses.

-Damon walked out and started cooking in the kitchen-

-Elena opened up the gift box and saw a pair of black,lacey, revealing lingerie-

-she sighed and shook her head-
"Caroline.." she murmured to herself.

-Elena put the lingerie back in the box and put the box in her wardrobe-

Back to Elena's POV

I texted Caroline "thanks for the gift.." she replied with "You found it. Good. Hopefully you get to use it."
"Caroline!" I texted back while laughing. "Enjoy your weekend" She texted.

I started smelling whatever Damon was cooking and put my phone in my pocket so I could go see.

Damon's POV

I was cooking my amazing lobster Thermidor, well everything I cook is amazing. But this was something I've practiced a lot over my 170 something years of life.

I heard elena walk in and up to me.

-Elena kissed him on cheek-

"Smells nice" she told me
I replied with "of course it does, I'm cooking it"

She rolled her eyes "you're so cocky"

I smirked and continued cooking.
She sat at the island and started eating some peanuts.
"Hey munchy! Wait till dinner." I shouted
"But I'm hungry." She said in a cute baby voice and pouted her lips.
"Don't use that face on me"
She smiled after I said that and stopped eating.

-End of Damon's POV-

-Elena grabbed some plates, wine glasses and cutlery-
-Damon finished cooking and dished it all-
-He put elena's plate infront of her and his infront of him-
-They were sitting across from each other on a little table-
"Wine?" He asked "Please" She replied with
-Damon's poured some wine into elena's glass then did the same for himself-

They ate, They drank, They talked and They flirted.
