Julius rode alongside his soldiers in a hurry, the old king leading the group in front. He knew the way better than any of them.

The morning sun had rose higher, casting shadows on the trees and on the riders. Julius saw the sun brighten the horizon over his shoulder the further they rode onward.

Unsure if they were making good time, Julius commanded his soldiers to use any means necessary to reach the Caelestia Tribe. Indeed, he never did tell anyone that the new soldiers he had taken under his wing after the last ones betrayed him were all orphan mages.

To his right, the soldier with tanned skin, bright green eyes, and silver hair pressed his fingers together, and the horses were trapped by large bubbles.

Nodding his head, the solider to Julius' left with pale skin and green hair made whirlwinds around them, forcing the bubbles to fly faster through the air. Julius nodded his head, but it was still not enough.

At the rear, the only female----black hair and teal eyes, forced a tornado to serve as a last push, tossing them into the air.

"Thank you." Julius said, seeing the familiar sights of the Noble Kingdom flash by in the blink of an eye. However something odd made him sweat. Something strange and unnerving that he'd never seen before.

"Stop!"

The soldier who had an affinity for whirlwinds clenched their fists, making the air around them still. Slowly they fell downwards. Julius recognized a fire when he saw one, a large and wild one that wasn't made from a normal wildfire.

"Help." a soft voice plead reached his ears, automatically he popped his bubble and landed on the heated ground, closely followed by his soldiers, looking around the inferno.

"Are you...Julius?" Kameko said, unable to look away, eyes wide as she turned the corner. She was wearing her regular clothes, shattered glasses, and messy unkept hair. There were bags under her eyes and Kameko's lips were cracked and she was struggling to walk.

Julius only stared for a moment and automatically recognized her as Emiyo's twin that went by the name of Kameko.

"You three go on ahead!" he ordered at the soldiers who hadn't popped their bubbles, pointing in the direction of the Calestia Tribe. They obliged and soon took to the sky with strong whirlwinds pushing them forward.

"My friend..."

He saw a second, almost mauled body slung over her shoulders. Dark navy blue hair, blue lips, paper-white skin, and shared the same dark bags under her eyes. The only difference was that her eyes were closed.

Kameko couldn't support herself, much less Lisa on her back. She was swaying aimlessly, she did try to have somewhat of a strong front, however Kameko was fighting the urge to cry.

"It's my fault----it's all my fault."

Julius ran up to her and pryed Lisa from her back. "Please----please tell me what happened." Kameko slid to the ground, hopeless and defeated.

"You're Kameko, right?"

"You know---who I am?" Kameko blinked, eyeing him cautiously. Then she remembered. "Emiyo! Is Emiyo all right?"

He had no idea.

"Yes," Julius answered automatically without a hint of doubt in his voice. "Please tell me----what happened here. You're not in any troube----I swear, but we need your help. We have to understand what's going on so we can help."

He had given Lisa to a soldier with hazel eyes and red hair, Kameko flinched as Lisa's body moved at an odd angle when the soldier adjusted her position.
