"What---what did you do?" Phronesis said, struggling to keep the rubik cube in form. Wahid Shiriyr was strong as ever. "Who are---are you talking about?"

The jinn tapped the cube nonchalantly.
"Denial doesn't help in any way." He stared at Phronesis, a genuine look of sadness in his eyes."It only makes the truth harder to bear. Believe me."

And he broke free, kicking Phronesis in the jaw. The skin in their face breaking under such pressure.

Emiyo wasn't going to sit here and do nothing. She was staring at her reflection in the bathrooms. Her hair was a mess, dark circles in her eyes, a few cuts here and there. Clumps of dirt and wet snow in her clothes. She wondered if they were patrolling the halls. Hardly any student was around. How futile it all was.

She had no time to waste, already a professional at sneaking out she walked back up to her dorm. Through the window it was, she gripped her emblem harder.

And then she heard a set of footsteps behind her. She searched for someplace to hide. Just her luck there was nowhere to hide besides going back to the bathroom.

Even that wasn't an option. So she broke into a run and hoped for the best.

This is pathetic, I'm a Precure---why am I running away?

Emiyo skidded to a stop and turned around, if it was a teacher or parent she'd just give them a piece of her mind.

"AH-HA!" she shouted, looking into the green eyes of Pansy. She let out a small shriek and the small parcel in her hands almost fell out of her hands.

"Ah, sorry Pansy." Guilt washed over Emiyo and she lowered her voice. "Thought you were an adult looming around in the halls."

"Oh..." she whispered, seemingly relieved that she danced on the balls of her feet. "That's good then, I got all jumpy."

Emiyo nodded and suddenly frowned,"What are you doing over here? No one's supposed to know I'm here."

Pansy turned scarlet. "Yes...that's true..." the parcel fidgeted in her hands. "Came to..." her voice was breaking,"deliver...this..."

She shoved the parcel into Emiyo's hands and ran away as fast as her legs could carry her. Emiyo watched unable to say or do anything, instead she continued her way, staring at the parcel, wondering what could be inside. She saw her dorm and saw the spot where her ID pass was supposed to be swipped. Emiyo groaned.

She had it in her bag, which was currently in the Noble Kingdom. Probably lost forever with the rest of her stuff. How did they expect her to go inside her dorm room?

Angrily, she tore open the parcel and discovered that the box was way too large for the blue leather ID badge holder, with her name in beautiful gold lettering.

Oh---a new ID pass, Emiyo said, staring at it with gratitude, and realized that this one actually had her picture rather than the ace of spades that was the Institute's seal.

Now Emiyo was curious as to why Pansy acted the way she did. But why was she so freaked out about it? And once again felt her brain deflate. Unless, she got it illegally?

Feeling slightly queasy, Emiyo hoped for Pansy's safety as she swiped the ID pass and entered her dorm room.

Nothing had changed and why should it? The bunk beds, mirror, chairs, and belongings stayed untouched. Emiyo ignored the delicacy of laying down for a quick nap and opened the window. Cold air and snow burned her eyes, she placed a foot on the windowsill-----
