--at school--
--KATNISS' POV--
I strut into school with my head held high and my car keys dangling from my finger. Everyone seems to be looking at me with looks of sympathy or jealousy. As Peeta once said to me 'they either wanna kiss you, kill you or be you' at the time I just laughed it off but now Im starting to see his point.
As I round the corner I see Peeta and my old friends hanging out my my locker. Typical. I stride confidently over to my locker and open it up. I grab the books that I need for my next period and shove them into my bag. I slam my locker shut making Peeta's head turn in my direction. I notice this and then purposely drop my keys. I lean over to pick them up giving him a full front view. His eyes open wide and his mouth drops again. I smirk and then walk off in the opposite direction.
I turn around to look back at them just in time to see Peeta face palming himself. I smile again. I turn around and walk slap bam into Gale. Great.
"Woah, hey there. Looking great today, may I say" he says
"Gale, please get lost." I reply.
"Awe, come on Catnip. I know you wanna." He says
"No I dont, now if you will excuse me I have to get back to Pee-" i trail off.
"Who? Peeta? He broke up with YOU remember?" He says nastily.
"Yeah, I remember" i whisper. I dodge around Gale and run off to my next class, which is English. I suck at English and the teacher, Mr Abernathy, is an old drunk who absolutely hates me. BUT I do sit next to Peeta, so now will be a great time to start my plan. After English, though, I have Music, which is my favourite. Im quiet good at singing if I do say so myself. And Im thinking of entering the annual singing contest at school.
The bell goes and I have to practically sprint to get to English, which is on the other side of the school. By the time I get there Im sweating and my hair doesn't look as great as it did five minutes ago. Crap. Nice one Katniss.
I enter the class and Mr Abernathy glares at me. See he hates me. But Peeta is still sat in his usual seat so thats good. I walk over and drop my stuff into my place. I smile at Peeta and then sit down.

Im honestly surprised that I updated today. School started today for me so, as I said, I might not update tomorrow.
