Y/n pov:
« Y/n wake up » I felt someone shaking me. I opened my eyes and saw Natasha smirking at me.
« We're here » she said « okay » I turn towards yelena who's asleep next to me.
« My love. Wake up » I whispered kissing her cheek. She doesn't say anything and just wrap her arms around me and put her head in the crock of my neck.
« lenaaaa we're in Russia. We're going to see your parents. I'm shiting in my pants » I chuckled nervously stroking her hair.
« I am too » Wanda said behind us.
« Don't worry, you'll be fine. They're a little intrusive and loud but it'll be okay » nat tried to reassure us.
After a few minutes, the jet land on a sort of big garden in front of an house.
We take our luggage and get out of the jet.
Yelena takes my hand feelings that I'm anxious. « You're okay » she squeezed my hand.
I nodded and we walked towards the door. We heard footsteps inside and Wanda gave me a panicked look making the Russian sisters laugh.
Before we could say anything, the door opened reveling a brunette woman.
« Tasha, lena » she said taking the girls in her arms.
« Hi mom » the girls said making me and Wanda smile at the sight.
after a few seconds they pulled away and the woman looked at us.
« You must be the Maximoff sisters » she said shaking our hands.
« Nice to meet you girls, I'm melina » she said.
« Nice to meet you too » we said before being interrupted by a loud voice.
« Where are my girls!? » a man appeared behind Melina taking the two girls in his arms.
After a few seconds they pulled away.
« And you- you're wanda Maximoff the witch?! Natasha's girlfriend? » he said pointing to Wanda.
« I am yes » she smiled. « And you, you're y/n Maximoff? The one who controls elements? »
« Indeed I am » I smiled before he took us in his arms. I look at Wanda surprised and she just shrugged.
My mind wonder to what alexei said. He called Wanda « Natasha's girlfriend » but not me.
I mean I thought yelena told her parents about us. If she didn't why she didn't warned me?
« Come inside girls » Melina said as we followed her to the living room.
We sat on the table and yelena spoke up.
« So why did you called us? What's wrong? »
« Nothing. We just wanted to see our daughter »
« So... you call us in the middle of the night with the emergency phone just because you wanted to see us? » nat resumed.
« I told you it was the night for them » Melina whispered to alexei.
« Sorry. We just really wanted to see you. And it's the only way we found to make you come here. We missed you my girls » alexei said.
We all looked at each other not knowing what to say.
« Okay well... whatever we're here now. Is breakfast ready? » yelena asked.
« Uh it's 3pm but I can make pancakes if you want » Melina said getting up and walking towards the kitchen.
« Im going to help her » alexei said standing up and going to the kitchen.
« You didn't told them about us? » I whispered in yelena's ear.
« Uh... no »
« Okay »
« You're not mad?! »
« No. I understand we're not together for so long. It's all new for you and I know that it's hard for you to express your feelings »
Yelena pov:
As she finished her sentence, I couldn't talk. The only thing that I wanted to say is that I'm in love with her.
She's so understanding and she doesn't press me.
She's just perfect and I love her.
I'm in love with her.
« You okay? » she asked seeing me zoning out.
But before I could answer, my parents came back.
« The pancakes will be ready in a few minutes » alexei said as he sat with us.
« So, the Maximoff sisters... the most powerful avengers. Tell me more about you »
« Well there's nothing important to say. We grow up in Sokovia, with our brother and our parents. We lived in a small apartment. We weren't rich but it was so good. I miss it » Wanda said nostalgically. Y/n gave her a look showing that she's here.
I know that it's hard for them and they doesn't talk about it often.
« What happened next? » dad asked and I saw Wanda tense.
« Alexei! » nat said glaring at him.
« What did I say? » he said and me and nat just glared at him.
Before we could add something mom walked in the room with a plate of pancakes.
« You okay? » she asked with a raised eyebrow « yeah just alexei being a dumbass » I said.
« what did you do? » mom sighed « N-nothing »
« He didn't do anything wrong. It's okay » Wanda said.
We eat our pancakes in silence before going up to take a nap.
Me and y/n enter my room and we immediately lay down in bed.
« You okay? » I pulled her towards me by her shoulder. « I am. It's good to talk about them. I miss them a lot »
« I know baby. Im sure they're proud of you and Wanda »
« They'd have loved you » she said making me smile.
« And I would have loved them »
I kissed the top of her head.
After a few seconds she's asleep in my arms.
« I'll always protect you. I love you y/n » I whispered before falling asleep too feeling the happiest I've ever been.
