Not even the cold barrister babu of tulsipur himself would have thought that he could love anyone but his family, until he came across that one girl who became the reason of his sleepless nights.

He was ten when his mother died. Life was good until that dark day. Dark because his life had never seen light after he lost his mother. She was the light and she had left. Just a few days later, he was sent off to London with aspirations in his broken heart. Healing takes time which he was not given. Thus, he just got over it without ever truly getting over it. The pain was still there, the incompleteness never left. It could be that this pain is the reason he is ruthless to his and tulsipur's enemies. And although he doesn't let it show, he fears. He fears losing his loved ones, making him overprotective in nature.

And then he met her. She, who brightened his life again. She, who made him realize that he was capable of loving someone beyond measures. She, who was starting to fill the void. No, she isn't some extraordinarily beautiful, unrealistically great woman. She is human; she has qualities just as much as she has flaws. What really attracted him to her was her innocence, probably because he had lost his, long back. He didn't fall for her at first sight for he didn't fall for her beauty. He had fallen for this very innocence, his Bondita.
