You can only flee for such a powerful being for so long. While you hadn't seen him in about 7 months (universal standard time), you could feel that he was still out there, searching for you. It was an unsettling thing to acknowledge.

You began to try more and more to cover your tracks. If only you hadn't been provoked oh so long ago. Then you never would've been thrust into this situation. You sighed quietly, as you sat in a little tavern of sorts. You had a hood upon your head, and and a shawl over your shoulders. You felt slightly numb, but you paid close attention to everyone around you. You felt as if you'd always remember that voice, the two tones that practically layered over one another and mingled to make a definitive, unique sound.

You shivered slightly, feeling goosebumps prick at your skin. Your senses screamed at you, that you needed to go. Was it paranoia? Was it the acknowledgement that the crazy man who's chased you could be here? You didn't know. But right now, you didn't care, either.

You stood up from your seat, and your (e/c) eyes dully glowed in the dingy lighting. 'Where?' You headed towards the back door of the tavern, where a few of the inhabitants watched you go. Your shoes made no noise as you went. With a swish of the cloak upon your shoulders, the door shut behind you, and you were gone.

You felt a buzz in the air. It was suffocating and powerful. And disgustingly familiar. Your hands shook slightly, and you willed them to stop. 'What the hell would that sicko do if he got his hands on me?!' It was then that you realized why the air felt like this. He was here. He found you. How did he find you? You were clueless, and caught highly off guard. You began to run away from the building, feeling the energy disperse the farther you ran. Your feet crunched through the foliage that began to accumulate, as you dashed into a thick forest. The trees towered over your figure, twisting in coils. The leaves were dark purples and reds, and seemed to add to the ominousness of the forest.

Vines hung over your head, but no animals appeared to you. There was a slow mist that rolled by your feet, and you ignored it. You began to slow down, walking instead of running. It would help you to be able to hide better. After all, your steps were quieter now. There was no light that shone through the leaves. This left your eyes to glow brighter than before. You could still see decently well, something you were grateful to your heritage for. You focused on the fact that the enormous energy was slowly making its way towards your area. You shuddered, and moved faster. You hovered above the ground little bit, enough to keep your feet from touching the ground. You wanted as little noise as possible.

As you continued through the forest, you began towards the huge limbs of the trees. There were difficult to try to stand on, so you breezed by them. You were coming up with as best of a plan as you could, to stay away from this crazed man. You could hide from him, but you weren't sure how much that would help. Your eyes glowed in the dark, and your energy leaked out of you with every quick movement you made. It forced you to go slower, so that you wouldn't give away your location.

You sighed inaudibly, stopping for a moment. The energy was gone. Your mind began to race. Was he gone? Did he just go somewhere else? Or was he disguising himself from you? The last idea made you more panicky. You had to rely on your base senses, and that made you unsettled. After all, how much could you trust them to help you in such an unfamiliar place?

You landed on a tree branch, and listened. Your fingers clung to the branch tightly, enough to ache a bit. Then you hear it. The light crunches of footsteps, followed by a deceptively nice voice. "(Y/n)," Gogeta called out, "Where are you?" He drawled out his words, in an almost teasing way.

You clung to the branch tighter. The footsteps got closer. When he called out your name once again, he was closer. You grimaced, and felt your heartbeat pick up. 'If this psycho can hear heartbeats... I'm done for.'

As Gogeta got closer and closer to the tree you were in, walking at that leisurely pace, he began to simply talk to you. "You have no idea how long it's been searching for you! I've gotten a whole lot stronger. And guess what? I've done some problem solving! Now, when you and I get to see each other again, we're gonna be together forever."

He then began to talk, in a more idle manner. His last threat stuck with you, in the worst way. "Anyway, I bet you've gotten stronger too! I've heard all about your travels. You even skipped universes to get away from me! That says something about you. I think you're very awesome." The more playful sounding of the two voice tones shone through, and he sounded very close to the base of the tree that you were in.

You stopped breathing. You found the fact that you didn't need to breathe to live very lucky, right about now. Your mind was racing, and you felt your heart stop beating. Now you were running off of your internal energy alone. This made it harder for you to blast off on a whim, which was a risk to take. But you wouldn't need to do that, as long as he didn't find you. You hoped he didn't.

Gogeta hummed, and you could hear him walking past the tree. "Did you know that every planet you've gone to thinks you're pretty nice? I didn't. For someone who can go on such a crazy rampage, you're awfully lenient of people. But then again, maybe that's because you've been trying to hide yourself from me, isn't it? It's sad. You should know that I'm going to find you no matter where you go, by now. I've been following you since you've caught my eye, (Y/n)."

He chuckled deeply, and this laugh sounded more ominous as he walked slowly away from your perch. "While I've been searching for you, I've realized that my admiration of you is more than just... admiration. I'm pretty interested in you. You make my heart feel different than everyone else. So, I've decided something. You're gonna like me, eventually. I promise you will. We can train together, and I'll take care of everything you've ever wanted. And if someone tries to take you away? I'm going to slaughter them. I don't think that'll be an issue though!" He practically chirped that last bit. You cringed. God, this man was insane. Who did he think he is?

You closed your eyes and tried to block out his voice, as he continued to voice his adoration for you. His admiration. Everything that he's learned about you, your favourite things, the things you hated, your friends and your family. He learned from everywhere you went. And that is highly unsettling. You couldn't ignore it.

You clenched your teeth. And suddenly, his presence felt nonexistent. You snapped your eyes open, and then from behind you, his voice rung out. "You thought I didn't know you were here. I did." His hair glowed a dim electric blue, and you stepped back, before slipping off of the branch.

Gogeta dashed after you, catching you before you could fall off and away from him. "Ah, ah, ah. You're not going anywhere." You tried to pull away from him.

"Let me go, you fucking sicko!"

He smiled. You hated that he didn't take you seriously. "I don't bite, I promise. C'mon. Let's get out of here." His smile widened, and you could see exactly how unhinged he was. You started to breathe again, and he tilted his head. "Oh, so you don't need to breathe to live? Interesting. That makes things a little easier for me. This could get a little messy, but I know you heal really fast..." and with that, he swung up his elbow and slammed it into the back of your head. He still held you up with his other arm, and you felt your conciousness leave you. It slipped away as he spoke.

"Sorry."

You knew he couldn't have been all that sorry.
