GN! Deity! Reader!

-------

It's been a while since the last time that Black had attempted to sweep you off of your feet. It was futile, it always would be. You found his persistence to be a little inconvenient, especially since he was tearing through the universe and slaughtering everything. How could he expect you to love him, when he killed the very beings that lived upon your planets?

You couldn't create creatures, but you could make vegetation and rocks grow and adapt. You were one who avoided fights, unless they had a true and full point. You weren't necessarily a pacifist, but you weren't out here to create chaos and death. You found the idea of doing such a thing to be... stupid, to say the least.

Currently, you were returning to the planet you call home. It had large plants, of your favorite shades and combinations that painted the area. You walked to your little abode, and opened the door. And were greeted with one simple bouquet. It appeared to be of earth's flowers. Pink, white, and red roses all tied together with a velvety bow. But upon the petals and stems, a deep crimson color was splattered. It slowly dripped onto your floor, and you stared at it. 'Roses... with blood? He's been here. Or he still is.' It was unsettling to know that the infamous man had paid you yet another visit.

You stepped into your house, slowly. Your footsteps didn't make any noise on the floor. As you walked in, you noticed how dark the room was. It unsettled you deeply. You felt a light shiver run down your spine, and you didn't close the door behind you for a reason.

A breeze blew behind you, and the door slammed shut. You jumped forward slightly, eyes widening. You cautiously looked around, and then the man himself emerged from the shadows. With a leering grin, he gestured to the roses by your feet. "Do you not like them?" The room was almost completely black, so you could just see his silhouette.

"I don't," you responded firmly, and Black grinned more. You couldn't see it entirely, though. He took a step closer to you, and you stepped back, grabbing at your door handle. Within a blink of an eye, his hand was on your wrist, preventing you from truly holding it.

"Hm. What are your favorite flowers, then? Those are mine." How could he make casual conversation with you while holding you in a vice grip? Well, it was the fact that he couldn't care less about how unorthodox he was. He wanted to speak to you, and if keeping you in your own home enabled him to, he would.

You ripped your hand out of his own, and he caught your other one. "I know you like Earth's flowers. Is it lillies? Bluebells? Forget-me-nots? Mh... Carnations?" He spoke very casually, and you scowled, moving to land a full force punch into his stomach. You landed it, but it didn't phase him in the slightest. A shockwave went through your house, though, blowing both yours and Black's hair.

"None of those, then. Cherry blossoms?" He offered, with a small smirk. You were fighting against him, and he was acting like it was absolutely nothing to him.

After you landed a knee into his stomach, he sighed softly. "The pain only makes me stronger, you know that, right?" He spoke in an almost teasing manner, and you worked harder to yank your hand out of his own. You didn't owe him any words, you knew that was all that he wanted.

"Ahhh, (Y/n). You're so determined to hurt me, yet it's not going anywhere for you, now is it? I'm ever so curious to know how you plan to escape this time." His dark eyes scanned your own, and he smirked more.

You had a plan, yet you didn't have the means to execute it. 'I'm about to wreck my own house to get away from you. I hate you. So, so much. You're beyond evil, you vile piece of shit.' Your eyes narrowed as you scowled at him, and you looked away from him for a second.
