I think that I had the look of severely pissed off on my face when we arrived at my house to find a party. This raised so many questions that I didn't even want answers to.
"Dude, someone's throwing a party in your house," Gabby said the second she got out of the van.
"Look at all the pretty colors. Your house looks like a box of crayons," Jimmy exclaimed. Philip and I looked at each other and realized that there was only one possible explanation to this situation.
"Poofy," we said at the same time. I made my way towards my house with the others following behind. The sound of people partying was infuriating me. The second I walked into the house I noticed just how many people were at this party.
"Poofy, where the hell are you? Come on out so I can kick your ass," I yelled, looking for that annoying stuffed animal. I made my way through the house, trying to find Poofy.
"Hey Philip, I need you to search every room in the house," I told Philip as soon as he walked into the room.
"Why do I get the hardest job?" he asked. Suddenly, a weird hairy dude was jumping around the place.
"Woo yeah party!" the guy yelled as he kept on moving.
"Was that a dancing caveman?" I asked.
"I don't know," Philip replied. Out of the corner of my eye, I see Gabby and Jimmy walk into the house. They both look equally confused about what was going on.
"Philip, change of plans. I need you to watch Pinky and the Brain over there while I look for Sarah," I said, already moving away from him.
"Stop giving me the hardest jobs!" Philip exclaimed, but I didn't care. If I could find Sarah, I had a chance at finding Poofy. As I moved towards the stairs, I bumped into this blonde chick.
"I'm sorry but I need you to move out of the way," I said, trying to get past the girl.
"No problem," the girl said in a somewhat masculine voice that confused me for a moment before I kept moving up the stairs.
"Sarah where are you?" I yelled through the upstairs hallway. I looked into every room before coming across my bedroom where these two guys were obviously stoned. That wasn't even the reason why I was mad at them. I was mad because in the middle of them was Sarah, who they were hitting on.
"Hey stoned douches, get the heck out of my room," I said to them. Sarah sighed in relief as the guys left my room, mumbling under their breaths.
"Thanks for the save Wes. I thought for sure I was going to get roofied," Sarah explained to me.
"It's the least I could do since we left you behind," I said.
"Where did you and Philip go to anyways?" she asked.
"Let's just say that we went to a shady neighborhood and we met this mentally disabled robot named Jimmy," I told her.
"Could you leave a note the next time you run off?" Sarah asked. Before I could answer, a loud thud sound came from downstairs.
"Death to the brothers!" someone yelled from downstairs.
"I think that's our cue," I said to Sarah as we began to make our way downstairs. When we made it into the living room, the blonde from earlier was circling around Philip in a wrestling stance.
"Listen lady, I don't want to fight you. I'm a lover not a fighter," Philip tried to say to the girl, but it didn't work. I finally spotted Poofy in the corner of the room, taking bets.
"Place your bets here right now while you can. Savage hot chick vs. unfortunate nerd boy. You have to see it to believe it," Poofy announced from the corner. He was really making bank off of people placing bets.
"Does anyone else realize how pointless this is?" Philip cried.
"Round one, FIGHT!!!" someone yelled as the blonde girl charged at Philip for the first attack.
"God help me," Philip cried. Philip reacted fast and dodged the girl's punch. She began to swing aimlessly, moving closer and closer to Philip. Philip was trying to avoid the attacks the best he could, but sooner or later he would eventually get tired and she would finally land a hit. I had to act as fast as I could if I was to save Philip. I decided to do the most logical thing I could in this type of situation.
"Hey dumb blonde, over here!" I yelled as I picked up a super heavy book off of the ground. She turned around to look at me and I threw the book with all my might right at her forehead. It hit her with a smack as she fell to the floor unconscious. Everyone began to booing at how terribly the fight ended, but Philip looked at me and smiled.
I could hear Poofy in the background, screaming about how he lost big money because he was hoping the girl would kill Philip. I think it's time to eject Poofy from our friend group. Anyways, Poofy walked towards me, mad as all hell.
"Jesus Wesley, you just knocked out a super-hot blond chick," he said to me.
"Poofy I'm pretty sure she was actually a man," I explained to him.
"Well then, there's nothing sparkle sparkle about that," Poofy replied.
"I'm going to kick your small ass," I said to him.
"What?" he asked.
"Nothing," I replied. I turned to face all of the party guests. "Thank you all for coming, but I'm afraid that you'll all have to leave," I told them. They all said aww, but I wasn't going to let them stay. As I heard the guest leaving, another sound my attention. It was the sound of Sarah's motorcycle being stolen.
"Hey guys, that futuristic looking big wheel is getting grand theft autoed by Gabby," Jimmy said to us. We all ran outside just in time to see Gabby warp away using the bike.
"Alright everyone grab everything you need and get in the van. We need to get that bike back. Philip, please send Enoch a call telling him to join us," I said as I ran into the house to grab my stuff. I ran back outside as we all piled into the van, Jimmy included. This was about to get crazy and possibly deadly.
