Chapter 10 The truth Screws with our Minds

It took us a couple of seconds to get to the Cantahoe universe, but once we reached it, everything felt like it took us years to get here.

"Alright Gabby, where are we heading?" I asked, using the van's radio.

"Just follow me. I think I know where to go," she answered. I looked out the window to see here drive past us and head straight towards a planet. I followed behind just like she said and a couple minutes later, we landed on the planet.

"Hey Wesley, it looks like you didn't need to use those pills," Sarah said to me once we landed.

"You know you're right. I actually don't feel that ba-," I began to say when I suddenly started to gag. I opened the window as fast as I could and puked onto the ground.

"Forget I said anything," Sarah said, covering her nose.

We made our way towards a small village that served as the capital of the planet.

"Listen up, if you see anything weird, just say so," Gabby told us.

"Right now I'm looking at the weirdest people I've ever seen," Poofy said. We all turned to look at him. He just smiled and waved.

"Are you sure we need this fuzzy thing?" Gabby asked.

"Trust me when I say that if we need someone to blow things up, this is our guy," I explained. We kept moving forward and while we walked, I began to notice how the farther we went into the town, the less people there were.

"Wesley, are you okay?" Philip asked me.

"I think we just fell right into a trap," I whispered. Philip and I looked at each other before nodding. We walked near the others and whispered our new plan to them. They all nodded at the plan. The last person we had to tell was Poofy.

"Wait you're saying this is a trap?" Poofy said out loud like the idiot he was. Suddenly, there was a giant explosion behind us.

"Run!" Philip and I yelled. We all began to move like horses in a field. Behind us, we could hear the sound of people chasing after us. I looked back to see who it was. It was these people made from glass.

"Oh no!" I yelled before running even faster. I wasn't planning on dying right now.

"Everyone into that building!" Gabby yelled, pointing to a small yet secure looking building.

"You got to be kidding me," Enoch said.

"I don't think she is," Sarah said back. We all ran towards the building just as the glass people were closing in on us. Everyone quickly made their way inside the building. Right when I about made it inside, a hand grabbed my foot. A glass person had caught up to me.

"Let go of me you see through asshole," I said right before kicking him in the head. When I did that, his entire head shattered into a million tiny pieces. I entered the building and closed of the entrance just in time. The sound of glass breaking and hitting the entrance was very amusing.

"Okay that should hold them," Enoch said.

"Are you crazy? Have you ever seen a horror movie? This is the part where we realize that we're not safe," Poofy yelled. Just then, a glass arm made a hole in the door and was trying to reach the doorknob.

"We're all gonna die!" Jimmy screamed. Philip went right up to Jimmy and smacked him in the face.

"Ow! Listen Jimmy, if this is really the end, then you need to man up," Philip told him. Jimmy sat down and began to suck on his thumb. "Or you can do that, it's really up to you," Philip said.

"I truly believe this day can't get any worse," I stupidly said. At that moment, the floor gave out from beneath us and we all fell onto this weird slide. Down we went as we began to slide downwards.

"Yay, a slide!" Jimmy exclaimed excitedly. It felt like the slide would go on forever, but as always, I was wrong. The slide dropped us off in a room with screens all over the walls and a dirt floor. Pretty classy.

"Where the hell are we?" Poofy asks.

"Welcome heroes to the lair of evilness!" a voice says. We all look up to see who's been behind everything. It was Wesley and Philip! I mean our clones.

"What the BLEEP? Wesley I knew you were evil!" Poofy said to me accusingly.

"Poofy, why would I be evil?" I asked him.

"Because I know that you're the one who keeps stealing the Diet Pepsi," he said in a matter of fact voice.

"That was one time. I was thirsty," I said.

"Once a criminal, always a criminal," Poofy replied.

"Just shut up! I can't stand this arguing. It makes me want to kill myself," Other Wesley said.

"You don't want to do that," Other Philip told him.

"I don't mean me, I mean him!" Other Wesley said, pointing at me. This was starting to get confusing, even by multiverse standards.

"I have an idea. Why don't we just calm down and talk this out?" Sarah asked all of us.

"I don't know if we can do that beautiful," Other Wesley answered.

"Don't talk to her like that!" I yelled at my counterpart.

"Or what?" I walked up to my clone and smacked him in the face. He proceeded to smack me as well. We both began to repeatedly smack each other in the face. We kept going until both Philips had to break us apart.

"This is the most entertaining thing I've seen since they destroyed the Skittles factory," Poofy said to himself. Suddenly, Other Philip pulled out a gun and pointed it at us.

"Go ahead and shoot us. I do hope you can sleep after killing yourself," Enoch said, trying to instigate the clones.

"Enoch, shut up. I'm trying to make it out with my life," Philip told him.

"Don't worry, I'm not allowed to kill you. He is." Other Philip said before Pointing at Jimmy.

"What's going on?" Jimmy said innocently.

"What do you mean he's the one to kill us?" Gabby asked.

"Why do you think he followed you guys on your journey? He's programmed to murder all of you," Other Wesley explained.

"No, that can't be true. Jimmy is the most innocent robot ever," Sarah said, defending Jimmy.

"Sadly, I'm not a good programmer so Jimmy accidently caught a virus. Thankfully, I can fix that," Other Philip said. He pulled a remote from his pocket and pointed it at Jimmy. The second Other Philip pressed a button, Jimmy began to shake violently. He shook and shook with that weird computer startup noise coming out of his speakers.

"What's happening to him?" Poofy asked.

"He is finally being programmed to proceed with his mission," Other Wesley explained. At that moment, Jimmy stopped shaking and his eyes turned red.

"Kill Wesley and Philip and their friends," Jimmy said.

"Let the hunt...begin!" Other Philip exclaimed as a tunnel opened up.
