Y'know how Grian's been messing and getting a little to close to what he's named the rift? Well what if a being inside the rift got let's say... a bit peckish? And Grian was just in the wrong place. At the wrong time.

"This is literally just the plot of every generic TV show." Jevin grumbled as we slowly walked down the long hallway that looked exactly the same as the last 4.
"Can you shut up yet?" EX growled as he visibly turned to slap the man but decided against it and turned back.
"Whatever mister grumpy pants." Jevin mumbled simply getting a sneer out of the other.
"How about we all just quiet down and try to get out of here please?" I suggested as Jevin turned to me looking like he forgot I was here.
"I like that one more than the slime already." EX stated, getting an overly dramatic scoff from Jevin.
We continued to walk the grand halls of what was beginning to look like a palace of the dead, a place filled with history and myths.
Suddenly everyone faltered to a stop, when I eventually managed to spot what they were staring at, I saw a massive book placed on a pedestal in the centre of a the room.
"Sooo... who wants to read it?" Jevin questioned, breaking what felt like an every lasting silence. But the question only seemed to bring an even more awkward silence instead.
"I'll just do it." I sighed as I scooted past the 2, slowly approaching the pedestal.
From where I was the book looked gorgeous, it had golden engravings that danced across the front cover. They all circled around what I believe was the name of the book. 'The 3 Guardian Sisters'.
"Come on start reading!" EX scoffed as he found himself a nice place to lean up against the wall, Jevin just decided to plop onto the floor causing his entire body to jiggle around.
"Ok, ok." I muttered as I slowly opened to the first page.
"Chapter One-
The Legend.
Centuries ago, long before the player's time. All that simply lived was the ultimate deity. Though he grew... lonely, choosing to gift his abilities onto 3 of his creations The Guardians. They were each given their own dimensions to watch and guard. Though quickly one grew hungry for power, creating their worshippers into soldiers and minions for nothing more then their own use. These were the Watchers. The sister that grew tired of watching the other bask in the limelight. Getting all the players praise, as she sat unnoticed. So... she decided if she couldn't be loved. She would be feared.

Listeners guardians of the Aether
Observers(Admin) guardians of the Overworld
Only one of the 3 sisters still remain sadly. Though her location is a closely kept secret, it is believed the sister of the Aether still lives, roaming her lands. But as the Listeners are fully neutral, their location and status is almost constantly unknown. Only ever appearing when a server has fallen into chaos or is under attack by Watchers."
"Wait is that just the first chapter?!" Jevin exclaimed, already almost asleep slumped over on the floor.
"You want to me to keep going? The next chapters even longer!" I taunted, turning over the page jokingly.
"Please no!" Jevin laughed as he dramatically fell to the ground.
"Can we continue through the labyrinth yet?" EX grumbled, making himself remembered by me and Jevin.
"Sure-"
"-Hello there little ones. Did you get lost?" A voice questioned from behind me.
"U-uh y-yes m-miss...." EX nodded awkwardly.
"Oh darling... there's no reason to be afraid, I am no Watcher little one." The voice explained, I only now turned around to look at her and quickly realising why EX sounded terrified. The female? I think- stood around 8 to 10 feet tall. She wore an elegant white and green dress that flowed and pooled at her feet. Large elf like ears poked out from her hair, they were largely bejewelled with an assortment of gems.
"W-What are you...?" I spluttered out, instinctively taking a few steps back from the deity like creature.
"Oh yes... I'm Maria, a Listener."

Mmm... they really do be on a generic action show plot over there- anyways a lot of the lore of this universe will most likely be revealed in the labyrinth. So be prepared for random pan overs to these 3 idiots!
