Eleanor told Joshua the names they were thinking of. Joshua said, "I know my favorite but it be your daughter so you will have to choose." Ross smirked, "I think I know the choice you would make." Eleanor said, "we have not decided, the names we don't choose could be used if we have more children." Ross said, "oh we ARE having more children." Eleanor got off his lap and asked Joshua, "how long this time until Elizabeth has him at her beck and call?" Joshua said, "it never better happen again, your child is what you need to concentrate on not her, her family, or her troubles, most of them are brought on by herself. She is not your responsibility."

Eleanor was cleared to resume her residency shift, Ross was worried, but Dwight conveniently decided he would work the shifts with her. She was working with Malcolm McNeal a resident under Dwight's tutelage. Ross stopped by the hospital one evening to take Eleanor out for a quick lunch. He walked in and Eleanor and Malcolm walked down the hallway where Ross waited. She said, "do you remember Malcolm, he treated me the night I came to the hospital." Ross shook his hand and said, "I remember him." Dwight came down the hallway next, "saying well where is our lunch going to be at." Ross smirked because he knew Eleanor would want healthy food. To his surprise she said, "I am so hungry for a big juicy hamburger and McDonalds fries." Ross and Dwight both turned and looked at her, she said, "this baby want what her daddy likes." Malcolm said, "could be my baby then." Ross said sharply, "there is only one man that will father her children and that is me." He put his arm protectively around Eleanor and lead the way. Dwight thought I am going to have to warn Malcolm of Ross's protectiveness and temper.

While eating Malcolm and Eleanor was telling stories of the Emergency Room exploits and it was starting to grate on Ross. This man seemed to have so much in common with his wife. Things that he knew nothing about. Ross said, "do you work tomorrow?" It was Malcolm that answered, "yes, we are on for the next four days then four days off. Eleanor, would you like to go to the museum with me on Friday?" Eleanor looked at Ross. Ross said, "Eleanor and I are having the day to ourselves, at Nampara, where she will be relaxing. Maybe find an unmarried woman to take." Eleanor blushed and tucked her chin into her chest, Ross realized he had just embarrassed her. Malcolm reached across and touched her hand, "it's alright love, I just asked because you said you enjoy going." Eleanor quickly removed her hand; she had never given Malcolm any signals that she was in need of male companionship. If she was reading Ross demeanor right, he was about to explode. She grabbed his hand and said, "Ross I need to speak to you please, outside."

As soon as they left Dwight asked Malcolm, "do you have a death wish, that man is one of the most highly trained individuals I have ever known." Malcolm said, "from what I understood they were separated for a while, if he can't satisfy his wife I most definitely up for the challenge." "They were separated but they need to try to repair their relationship for their child please stay your distance." Malcolm just shrugged.

Eleanor said, "Ross what was that?" Ross replied, "he was pawing you and the nerve to ask you out in front of me." Eleanor said, "I never encouraged him, we just work together I have no idea why he did that?" Ross said, "because I am a fool who left you get away from me, all because I could not tell another woman I no longer desired her. It is my fault if men like him have gotten the wrong impression that I am not in the marriage one hundred percent. Allow me to please make sure they all know that now the only two women that mean anything to me are you and my daughter." Eleanor said, "I hope it is true for our daughters sake she deserves a father who honors his promises." "If I start to slip remind me, please, I love you and our daughter more than anything or anyone," Ross said.

Dwight and Malcolm came back out, Dwight saying time to get back. Once they were back in the building Ross said, is there no one else you can pair her with I don't like him. Dwight said, "Ross, they complement each other in their job. They work well as a team, and he takes a lot of the harder work off Eleanor." Ross said, "I just don't like the fact that he has no respect for me as her husband." Dwight replied, "Ross everyone knows how you treated her, they know of how you ran to Elizabeth's side every time she whimpered. There is still talk on the maternity ward that the baby was yours, you just could not afford the embarrassment of fathering your cousin's wife baby." Ross shaking his head tells Dwight, "I have a lot to make up for. I will see you later I am going to head to the Penthouse to get a late snack ready for my wife."
