Lincoln was in the woods practicing he wasn't really comfortable with it after the attack but he needed somewhere to practice where people wouldn't really see him.
He was practicing with water and earth but it wasn't as good as his fire but he was tryinging something else.
Lincoln: not to bad if I say so myself.
Emmanuel: I'd say it still needs work.
He shocked Lincoln making him jump.
Lincoln: when did you get here!?
Emmanuel: Do you know how to fight?
Lincoln: what, no not really.
Emmanuel: Okay we'll work on that first.
Lincoln: when I asked you to train me that not what I meant.
Emmanuel: For example if you low on chakra you might need to know how to fight or thing might not look good for you.
Lincoln: fine.

Lincoln walked home holding his left rib he didn't have any bruises on him but his insides hurt.
Lincoln: was he teaching me how to fight or just beating me up.
He walked into the living room where his parents where waiting.
Rita: where have you been?
Lincoln: with a friend.
Lynn Sr: so you think you're smart uh.
Lincoln: what're you guys talking about?
Lynn Jr: don't play dumb, we know you've been sneaking out.
Lincoln: what?
Lynn Jr: I found all these notes in your room.
Lincoln: you where in my room!
Lynn Sr: don't you dare rase your voice!
Rita: I think you need to be reminded your place in this house.
Lynn Sr: girls teach him a lesson.
Lynn had gotten the rest of the girls excepted Luna and Lana who had surounded Lincoln.
He knows he could stop all this but he let it happen because he didn't want to do anything that would give suspicion to the eye so he took the beating
After there where done they left him and before he got up and walked to his room.
