FOURTY | EPILOGUE | END

Exactly one year and three months had passed and I was officially done with high school.

Over the past year, a lot had changed. Mostly for the best which of course, is great news!

Hoseok and I are still together and super happy and in just a few weeks I'd be making my way to Seoul.

College was still a ways off but I decided I couldn't wait any longer and I wanted to go now.

In less then a month, I'd be moving to Seoul and moving in with Hoseok. Hell, I even made sure to study Korean like crazy so that I could be fluent by the time I got there!

I was so excited I was nearly bursting at the seams. It had been awhile since I had last seen Hoseok and I was dying.

I felt like I was going crazy waiting to finally see him again.

We had visited each other just once in the whole school year so I was dying. I was deprived of Hoseok. Time couldn't go by fast enough.

As for Ari, sadly her and Mingyu had broken up sometime last school year before graduation.

They both just wanted two separate things in life and it was a mutual agreement.

On a brighter note though, I definitely had plans to introduce her to Namjoon at one point and who knows, maybe they could be something.

I had no idea what the future holds but I was looking forward to ever single moment of it. As long as I was with Hoseok I knew I'd be happy.

Now fast forward a few weeks and I was finally on my way to Seoul.

I couldn't sleep the whole plane ride because I was just so damn excited.

I knew Hoseok would be picking me up at the airport and I was literally bouncing up and down in my seat from my excitement.

After many painful hours, I finally landed. You should have seen me run off that plane like my life depended on it.

As I made my way into the airport, my eyes scanned around the room before they landed on him.

My heart was racing in my chest as he spotted me too, our eyes meeting.

Hoseok smiled softly as he made his way towards me. I wasted no time as I ran at him, throwing myself into his arms.

We stayed like that for, I kid you not, a solid five minutes straight.

When we finally pulled back, Hoseok smiled down at me before he said, "You look as beautiful as ever. I've missed you so much."

I wrapped my arms tightly around his waist, not wanting to let go.

"I missed you too. I was dying waiting for the plane to land. You look so good." I groan, taking in his appearance.

He definitely looked a little different from the last time I saw him but a good different. A great different.

"You do too. I'm so happy you're here." Hoseok says as he pecks my lips before we pull back, Hoseok grabbing ahold of my suitcase.

"We should get to the car. There's some people here that want to see you." Hoseok says and by the smile on his face, I knew right away.

Once we finally got to his car, I was faced with Hoseok's six best friends, all of them standing there with giant smiles plastered onto their faces.

"Y/n! You're back! This time to stay!" Namjoon smiled as he flung himself at me, wrapping his arms around me tightly.

"Yup and I'm not going anywhere." I laugh as I hug him back.

One by one, they all greet me and then we head to Hoseok's place to get settled in.

Well, our place. Man did I love the sound of that!

The guys leave for the night to let me get settled in with promises that they'd be back first thing tomorrow morning.

Once it was just Hoseok and I again, we wasted no time in making up for lost time.

I felt so deprived of him and he looked so damn good, I couldn't help but to want to rip his clothes off...and that I did.

Now the two of us were laying in our bed cuddled up.

"I'm so happy you're finally here. I missed this. I missed you." Hoseok says, his voice soft as he looked over at me.

"Me too. Now we never have to be apart again. You'll see me every single day isn't that exciting?" I say jokingly but Hoseok nods.

"That's very exciting. I'm definitely looking forward to it." His words make me smile as I cuddle into his side more.

"Me too, I love you so much. I'm really excited to spend my days here and start a life with you." I say, my heart feeling full.

"I love you, y/n. I can't wait to see what life has in store for us. I'm sure it'll be amazing since it's with you. We'll take on Seoul together." Hoseok laughs and I giggle as I place a soft kiss on his cheek.

"We sure will. That's a promise."

Now we're both laughing together, our hearts full. In that moment, I feel so at peace and happy, nothing else matters.

As long as I have Hoseok, everything will be perfect.

Like I said, it's not fully decided yet seeing as I'm still in the process of writing another story atm so we will see how I'm feeling afterwards lol.
