Ivy quickly finished getting ready, throwing on a pair of leggings and a hoodie. She grabbed her bag from her vanity, making sure she had everything she needed for filming. She slid down the bannister, putting on her cream Converse. "Bye Dad," Ivy yelled as she ran out of the house. Ivy ran through the streets of South London, squeezing her way through the vast numbers of people. She finally saw the broken down green shed, which she'd spent many hours in. Ivy was about to set off in a sprint towards the shed when a large drop of water landed on her forehead. Oh shit. The rain began to heavily pour over the streets of London. "Of course it has to happen today," she grumbled.

Ivy finally reached the run-down shed. The sage paint was peeling off the walls. Mould was creeping through the corners of the shed. In all honesty, it looked like an absolute shithole, but it held such an important place in her heart. She pushed the rickety door open. Dust immediately filled her senses. Ivy turned her phone torch on and started looking around the shed. "Kit?".

"Of course," Ivy said as she flipped the light switch up and down. Ivy barely heard the floorboards creak as the rain battered down on the roof. Arms wrapped around Ivy's waist, pulling her closer to their chest. A loud scream erupted from her throat. She whipped around to find Kit smiling at her gently.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" she yelled.

"I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist," he yelled back. Ivy could barely hear him over the sound of the rain. Ivy took a second to take in Kit's appearance. His wet hair was stuck down to his forehead, his black t-shirt hugging his chest and his jeans dripping with water.

"It's strange to be back here with you after what, four years?" Ivy inquired.

"Um, yea, 3 or 4 years, give or take." Kit looked up at Ivy. Her ginger hair hung around her face. The ends are slowly dripping with water. Her cheeks were a light red from the cold. "Wait, what do you mean being back here with you?"

Ivy looked down at her feet in embarrassment. "Sometimes when I'm sad or lonely or whatever, I like to just sit here and collect myself." She looked up to see Kit staring at her intensely. "And I know that sounds stupid because we weren't really friends anymore." "Ivy"

"I just don't really know what happened between us, so coming here made me feel at peace or something like that."

"Ivy"

"I really missed you. I'm not even sure what happened between us. You were my best friend and I'm so so sorry I let us drift apart."

"Vee!" Kit grabbed Ivy's hands, bringing her attention to him. He looked into her blue eyes. "I missed you too," he whispered. Ivy looked down at their intertwined hands.

"Then what happened between us?" She whispered

"I don't know," he whispered back in defeat. "But we're here again, and I'm not letting you go." Kit pulled Ivy into a strong embrace. Her arms immediately wrapped around his neck, her forehead resting on his shoulder.

"Promise?"

"Promise".

"Did you call me Vee?" She mumbled into his shoulder.

"Oh um, it kind of slipped out."

"It's cute."

Kit looked down in embarrassment, a light blush covering his cheeks. "You don't have to say that." "You're such a dork."

Ivy and Kit managed to get onto the tube to get to the meeting point where a car would be driving them down to the filming studio. The two teenagers were sat in the back of a black Range Rover, completely soaked through. The driver told them the journey would be just over an hour.

"Hopefully we'll be dry before we get there," Kit laughed.

"I think my clothes are going to be stuck to me forever now," she smiled.
