Ivy was in the kitchen making breakfast while dancing to Harry Styles. Ivy had stolen some of Kit's shorts when Joe brought his stuff round. She was wearing his grey shorts and a mermaid tank top. "And I'm still thinking back to the time under the canyon moon."
Kit stood in the doorway with his arms crossed, watching the girl dance around. A smile made its way onto his face as she grabbed a spoon and sang into it like a microphone. "Morning," he announced.
Ivy screamed, dropping the spoon on the floor. "Jesus H. Christ," she breathes out. "How long have you been there?"
"Long enough, what are you making, Vee?"
"Pancakes, do you feel well enough for them?" She patted the counter for Kit to sit on. Ivy grabbed some water and antibiotics for his headache.
"I think so. I feel so useless making you take care of me. "
"I don't mind; it's the least I can do for you since you gave me COVID," she shrugged.
"WHAT!" He exclaimed. "You have COVID? Vee, I'm so sorry."
Ivy began to laugh at Kit's panicked state. "Kit, sweetheart, it's OK. I feel fine. See, I can still sing and dance". She placed the pancakes on a plate in front of him. "Eat up." The two teenagers ate their breakfast while talking about the dumbest things imaginable.
"No no no, listen, Bucky and Steve are endgame. Why would he date Tony? " Ivy argued.
"Because they clearly loved each other in a love hate way," he retaliated.
"Bullshit! Tony loved Strange. Have you seen the TikTok edits of them? " She questioned
"No, because Tony loved Steve and Steve loved Tony."
"This conversation is over." "We are watching every single film with them in, so I can show you how much they love each other," she exclaimed as she walked towards her living room.
"I'm not going. I'm going to sit here and watch that bullshit," he frowned.
"They literally got divorced in civil war and still hated each other in endgame!". She argued
"That's such bollock," he smirked as he sat at the kitchen island, arms crossed. All couples go through their tough times".
Ivy began to play Infinity War. "OK, let's count how many times Steve and Tony interact in this movie, shall we?" She proposed smirking.
"That's unfair because they don't," he said.
"Oh well," she shrugged, "let's count how many times Tony and strange interact then". Kit stood up and grabbed Ivy pinning her to the sofa "Admit that Steve and Tony are in love and I'll let you go"
"And what if I don't?" She questioned.
"I'll have to tickle you until you admit it" he smiled
"You wouldn't dare"
"Wouldn't I? Now admit it"
"Never"
Kit held her down as he began to tickle her sides. Ivy wiggles around laughing loudly. "Admit they're in love and I'll stop"
"Nope
""Very well" he kept on tickling her until she managed to wrap her legs around his waist flipping them over.
Kit immediately stopped and looked up at her in surprise. She flicked her ginger hair over her shoulder while letting out a large breath.
She bent down to his ear and whispered"I will never admit because it's not true".
Kit was too stunned speak he just nodded his head at the girl above him. She hopped of him pressing play on the film. He looked over at her still in a slight shock.
"What?" She asked.
"You just um I um .."
She tilted her slightly , amused at his shocked expression. Ivy nodded for him to continue but no words came out "you're too cute Connor" she laughed.
He looked down in embarrassment "sorry you just surprised me" he admitted.
"I can see that. Now watch the superior love blossom".
Kit barely watched the film as he took the opportunity to stare at the girl next to him. How was she so perfect?
